Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo at Grande Bay is freshly renovated and ready for your arrival!

Grande Bay Resort is in the heart of Cruz Bay and is only steps away from Wharfside Village which is home to excellent shops, restaurants that feature casual and fine dining, nightlife, a variety of watersports, and open aired taxis.

The resort itself comes with a hot tub, heated pool overlooking Cruz Bay, fitness center, 24 hr front desk staff, complimentary High-speed WiFi internet, and generator backup. Even though you are only steps from town you will feel the sea'clusion of our property.

Our condo is perfect for families or couples looking for the perfect getaway! The condo comes with 3 large bedrooms (2 kings and 2 singles that can be joined) and 2 full bathrooms. 65” smart TV in the living room and flat screen TVs with satellite in every bedroom as well as a full kitchen equipped with full sized refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender for all those frozen cocktails or smoothies for the kids (local fruit stands just a short walk near Cruz Bay Landing). The condo also comes with it's own parking spot in a covered garage.

There is a double height Queen size Aero bed that can be used to accommodate an adult or two small children.

Every luxury that the island has to offer is literally just steps away with the convenient location of this condo to the ferry dock, taxi pickup, restaurants, and shops!

We stayed at Sea’clusion at the Grande Bay Resort the first week of August, 2024. My husband and I and our 3 children and a friend of theirs (ages 23, 21, & 17) went and this was the perfect accommodation for our group of 6. The unit was meticulously kept and well stocked, the three bedrooms were spacious and the beds very plush and comfortable. The patio space provided ample seating to enjoy coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. There’s even a grill. The location was perfect - within walking distance to the downtown, restaurants, shops, a small market and bars. There is a beach right across the street that is heavenly to walk along in the evening with the most beautiful sunset views. The resort was very clean, well maintained and had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub area & fitness center. The parking garage is convenient too. Beach chairs, floaties, a cooler & beach towels were all available for use which was really wonderful! This was our 5th trip to St, John and the second time staying at Grande Bay. I feel that we have a good sense of what to do and where to stay on the island and I would highly recommend Sea’Clusion! We will be back!

This place has everything you could need for a stay on St John. All kitchen amenities, beach equipment, coolers and extremely comfortable beds. To top it off you are a 3 minute walk from Cruz Bay shops, bars and restaurant's. Extremely clean, and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Highly recommend and will be back.

Traveled with two toddlers, husband and Grandma. The property manager was helpful and organized. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The villa had an incredible view, stocked with everything we’d possibly need, and was clean upon arrival. We definitely plan to do this again - just stay longer next time!

Eric's property was perfect! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It has a well stocked kitchen, extras like coolers and a storage unit full of beach necessities that made the stay easy and convenient. The beds were above average in comfort. We had a wonderful time at this unit at the Grande Bay Resort. Lots of space, easy access to Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. The owner is super helpful with suggestions and support. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics (we left a bottle of canola oil behind for the next renters) and lots of extra sunscreens and beach gear. The Grande Bay staff was also awesome and just a great time using Cruz Bay as our staging points for lots of daily beach trips. Highly recommended!

After coming st St John with the family multiple times now I must say: This was an absolute dream come true! The condo was immaculate and one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed at. It’s perfectly located next to Cruz Bay (close enough to enjoy all the restaurants and shopping yet still provides peace and quiet when you’re on the porch enjoying the sunset or moon glaring off the water). Rachelle was super easy to communicate with and made sure all are needs were met and questions answered! There is no doubt that Sunset Sea’clusion will be our next St John vacation!!

I've stayed at many Grande Bay rooms and other spots in St. John. This is one is perfect!. This is a newly updated one. Quality bedding, nice furniture, great patio furniture, coolers, beach chairs, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Owner very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Look forward to another visit to St. John paradise and staying at Sunset Se'clusion!

As a tenured STJ visitor I have stayed in many types of accommodations and by far this was one of the nicest. The location cant be beat if you want to walk and shop and do HH at night. No need to drive and fight for parking. The pool and HT are a bonus, and while not private to just the unit, was never crowded and lovely. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Linens high end. TV is large and it actually works (not always a given on stj). Netflixs for a nightly show if desired. Fullsize fridge. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the balcony was a nice spot to hang. The unit is newer and very up to date. The GB property was nice, had trash bins, and is a fantastic location. Eric was easy and pleasant to work with. We had a lovely stay.
