It’s not as good at the dean in Dublin.
But still great!

Great stay in a lovely hotel - really convenient for the concert at the 3 arena. It felt like a treat staying here.

Smashing hotel. Stayed in super warehouse which had everything we needed, comfy bed and lovely shower. Bedroom great, we were able to resist the ‘mini bar’. Really nice touches from staff, as they knew we were celebrating.
We ate in the Elephant and Castle’ which was much nicer than I was expecting, and reasonably priced, superb wings. The Bottle Boy was busy and a great atmosphere, a nice pre and post gig drink or three. Breakfast in Rayleigh’s was ok. A very decent cup coffee not always guaranteed in restaurants. I didn’t quite get the white pudding I was craving but that was a tiny blip on an otherwise amazing stay in a hotel that I’d definitely stay in again and recommend to others.

Nice hotel, very nice lobby and common areas. Rooms are small but comfortable and stylish. Only issue I had was while the minibar was a well stocked beautiful SMEG fridge there was no price list for its contents or the other snacks available, not something that would put me off staying there again but would be nice to see the next time I stay. There is also construction going on next to the hotel, so it was a little noisy.

Excellent accommodation. Would definitely recommend the Warehouse Penthouse - fantastic.
Food in Ryleighs was superb too.

Spot on. Love the lobby, love the rooms, love that they have a barista up front who knows what they’re doing and two great spots for a quick bite or an elaborate brunch/dinner. Location is well connected via public transport, but if you want to walk to the center it’ll take you a good 30 minutes or so.

Staff an reception were very helpful and made the stay very easy

I stay at The Mayson weekly with my work. It never fails. The staff, cleanliness, food and facilities are all on point. That’s why I’m a repeat customer.

Only 5 parking spots. Didn’t tell you ahead of time that you have to pay for parking. Parking directions were not clear.
Ate at the restaurant on site, Ryleigh. It was okay but I’d recommend you find somewhere cheaper.

Gorgeous cute hotel in a great area down by the 3arena.
Very cool decor but with that warm cosy feel too.
Our room was small enough but very comfortable, clean and with a lovely bathroom and a nice rainfall shower.
The little balcony off the room is also a welcome addition to the room size!
We had dinner in Ryleighs rooftop (make sure to book a table) which was lovely! Our table was out on the terrace which is covered over and has heaters.. nice to see all the city lights while dining!
We also spent time in the spa area. The pool is very small, more like a very large jacuzzi but it's very warm and a nice place to chill and relax.
There's also a lovely sauna, steam room and a great gym!
The lobby area is very stylish and there's a nice bar and restaurant on the ground floor too.
Staff were all very pleasant!
We would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to return!

Great service from check-in to check-out including restaurant staff throughout the stay. The room was high quality and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our room. Initially, we were on the side near some major construction. We switched to the opposite side and loved it. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Would love to stay here again.

It's a great hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here, great views from the roof top restaurant too. It's just quite away from the city centre, which is about a 25 min walk, and not much around the hotel either.

All of the team we encountered were super helpful, friendly, and professional. What a cool hotel walking distance from the best of Dublin.

I recently stayed at the Mayson Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The front-of-house staff, particularly Jenny Brady, stood out with her friendliness and helpful attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was exceptional, and Jenny’s warm welcome truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend the Mayson Hotel for its excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere

The hotel is right on the river and easily walkable to the city center. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this small gem!

No signage on property to:
Restaurant upstairs opening time, menu;
Gym access times.
In room:
No copies of menus to either restaurant ;
No pricing of items for sale in mini bar, or extra items to eat on display;
No instructions on operating the heating/ cooling system;
No hairdryer in bathroom;
Telephone not working and no list of extensions.
Had to walk back to front desk to ask the above questions.
Receptionist did come to my room to show me how to operate the heating/cooling system.
Hairdryer was in an unmarked leather case in the room on the wall.
She checked the phone and it was no operational. This seems like a major safety issue!
Not impressed with my dinner that came swimming in a sauce on the plate.

This hotel is perfect for a one night stay, rooms are small but have everything you need, they are clean and comfy. Good restaurant, and coffee is good near a luas line so very convenient.

For the amount that we paid, WARM running water should have been a basic amenity. My sheets were filthy. Restaurant staff were rude.

Very charming hotel, with comfy bed and amazing shower. Good size room.
Restaurants onsite are great as well! Along with the saunas/jacuzzi pool
Only drawback is it’s at the end of the business district so not a ton of the sites in walking distance but it’s great if you don’t want to be right on top of the crowds/ tourists
Easy to get a taxi. Staff was super friendly

The hotel was stunning but on the day of our last stay we were woken up around 7am to the room above us sounding like there was furniture being rearranged
When I told the staff they said “oh no one is even staying above you, we will look into that!”
And I’m not sure what that means since I’m back in Canada and haven’t heard from the hotel

Enjoyed our stay. Nice restaurant Ryleighs for dinner on top floor. Rooms small but nice .
Overnight parking at €25 a night is expensive however.

Nice hotel amazing restaurants and bar, just a shame the room was dusty and a bit dirty.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Pool area is amazing and the changing rooms are spotless. Rooms are small but cozy, aircon was a bit temperamental and the construction outside was a little bit noisy in the morning but other than that, the place is amazing. So many facilities within the hotel and the bus stops right outside are helpful! Will stay again

The staff is extremely accommodating and the location and dinning options are perfect. Would stay again without hesitation.

This hotel has a reasonable price if compared to other modern hotels nearby. Walking distance from bus stations, bridges, EPIC museum of immigration. Coffee shop and restaurant inside. 24h reception, elevator, good WiFi service. I would go back again. The hotel is facing the Liffey river. Nice view.

Our suite was stunning with sweeping views of the river front and a soaking tub in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had 4 people in our party and the second bed was a pull out couch that really only accommodated 1 person comfortably, but our daughters managed.

No sleep. Massive kitchen fan right outside window and baking hot in room. Returning home absolutely shattered.
Staff were brilliant though.

Only positive was the bed was comfortable but not made well, i had to flatten the sheets and tuck them under the mattress. The tv didnt work, a team member tried to fix it but it work. No big deal.. is what it is.
It was really noisy but at least they left ear plugs in the room. Building site right next to the hotel but also noise from other rooms and housekeeping staff. Staying in Dublin in a hotel again it is what it is, no biggy.
I had left my ear buds in the room and when we were on the way home (5 hours later) i noticed they were missing. I rang the hotel and they knew straight away what i was talking about. They had made no attempt to contact me or inform me they found them. I asked could they post them too me, i would be happy to pay. But they said "no, we dont provide that service" i had to drive an hour back to the hotel to pick up.
If it was one or two issues, i dont mind, i have to say i was probably the worst hotel i have stayed in in a very long time.
There are way bettet hotels in Dublin, avoid this one!
