When we checked in it didn’t seem properly cleaned. The surrounding area was sketchy and terrible. People just hanging out in the parking lot smoking. Definitely didn’t feel secure. Once issues brought up to the front desk he was very polite and apologetic. He offered to switch our rooms but we canceled and went somewhere else

I love coming here. Ask for a suite much bigger room same price. The price is reasonable for what you will get staying at other hotels. Building is quiet and safe, Staff is kind. Rooms are clean..

This company needs to invest in beds there were bugs on both beds. Front dest changed my room to a cleaner one. And check in was fast Looks like the place had been remodeled and it looked nice building was nice the only problems was with the beds.

Room, furniture and all were dirty, blanket was scratched, toilet was broken, air conditioning was noisy. Window could never be open because it was in the corridor and all other guests could see the interior of the room. Without a car, it’s impossible to stay there. There’s no easy public transportation near.

Towels were not fresh but staff was helpful. Coffee maker did not work. Rambunctious neighborhood! Didn't seem safe! Pricey overall for the experience!

Your experience at this place is going to totally depend on your neighbors. It’s a motor lodge style motel so all the rooms’ doors go into the parking lot. Our neighbors were noisy with loud kids and they were out yelling and screaming until midnight. We had such a horrible time we canceled our return trip stay there next weekend and booked the Hampton Inn. Had we had quiet neighbors it would have been a completely different experience. The rooms were nice updated and clean. Could have used more variety in the pillows. Both mine were too firm.

This is the third time I book with Aspire Inn. I honestly love how convenient parking is and how clean the rooms are. The service there is great! There is always someone to speak with no matter the time of day. I tried another hotel after my first stay with aspire inn, and I regretted it. 2 more time now with aspire inn (3 total) and I will always look to book with them first whenever I visit Southern California.

While the employee at the front desk was friendly and professional my stay at the inn was less than ideal. Parts of the room had damages in it and found a live cockroach in the bathroom which they did handle immediately but the noise and these factors would make any long term stay unpleasant.

I had travelled with my wife, we thought the room was cute and the location was perfect. The cleanliness was terrible. When we got there I noticed there was poop/skid marks and pubes on the shower towels. The mirrors weren’t clean they had toothpaste and finger marks on it. Our stay was for a week and a half. We had asked for maid service several times but never received it until we confronted them and asked the man at the front for it to vouch for us. After that the ladies screamed at me because they got reprimanded. When they eventually cleaned the room they had put the linen and bed cover that was on the floor back in the bed, like seriously. I always lock our luggages due to a bad experience in the past but my wife had her carry on unlocked but put away it seemed like someone tampered with it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they fix their cleaning standards and change out those maids.

The units look recently renovated. They were very clean and tidy. The beds were reasonably comfortable, the pillows could have been a bit better but overall I would say they were above average compared to other places I’ve stayed. I chose this place based upon both convenience to the Walter Pyramid where I was competing and for the affordable price. Based on that I gave it 5 stars in my review, and I would definitely recommend it. My comments above are simply comparisons to previous experiences and I tend to go with more affordable places and I don’t expect luxury at economy prices so if you want luxury go get luxury if you want affordable this is a good choice.

We only stayed overnight night. Ken at the desk was helpful, no issue with check-in. The room was spacious for the price we paid for. They have their own parking, no continental breakfast but there are stores/restaurants close by.

This is the second time I’m staying in this hotel by accident. I didn’t realize it was the same one. I had booked before. The walls are paper thin all I can hear where the car driving down the street and the people staying next to me all night long in the morning around 8 AM some lady was washing off the sidewalk in front of our room and the doors and then, continue to scrape them with a broom that’s all we could hear for about an hour. Wouldn’t Recommend staying here if you want stay somewhere you can sleep comfortably
