I liked the pretension of professionalism once I arrived.
I am extremely kind and respectful. The noise over my room was consistent for an hour and I went down there to talk to staff about moving because of it. It turned into some strange ego power tussle. I don’t want power I had extended my reservation for four more days after being there for 11. I just wanted to be comfortable and loud noises are hard for me being autistic. I was polite to every staff and helpful with the maids. Always respectful. So I’m still kind of in shock how being there almost 12 days with out incident that this happened. If anyone else received disrespect, being antoagonized by the front desk agent Alberto or roberto please contact me at [email protected].
I’m a double major paralegal, computer science. Not only did he antagonise me, incite violence hoping I would react to his taunting but the level of rage baiting he did I have never seen in customer service. All because I asked him to help the people in front of me because I am polite. I asked for a refund and had to look up the laws that were violated when he refused to return my mail (federal crime) or my debit card after he forced me to get my stuff out of the room and even tried to have the security remove my stuff. If there’s anyone else who would like to be apart of the lawsuit it can either be individually or I can do a class action. Contact me at the email provided. There was negligence, emotional distress, theft by hotel employee 18 U.S. Code §
1708 - Theft or receipt of stolen mail matter generally “Whoever buys, receives, or conceals, or unlawfully has in his possession, any letter, postal card, package, bad….” , discrimination against a disabled person (I’m autistic which is also civil rights violation), I was able to get the police out and file an actual police report for the incident and have him on video. If you desire any other details I’m tired of writing filled with a lot of anxiety still from the situation and in distress. Feel free to contact me anytime.

Room was cleaned but could’ve been much more cleanly and sanitized. Lots of dust around window seal.
The non-smoking room smelled bad of cigarettes and there were cigarette holes in the bedding sheets/blankets. Beds were very hard and rough to sleep on.

The check in process was pretty fast and they had security cameras everywhere, so you really did feel a bit secure
The bed were uncomfortable. It was difficult to get extra pillows because the pills are not fluffy. Also, the room was very hot and the air conditioning was going out. We also asked for a wheelchair room with queen size beds, but the beds were actually full size and we know this because we actually measured the beds.
There were also several people who seem to live there. Perhaps they were on homeless shelter vouchers, so they had been there at that property location for sometime and they would be walking around at all hours of the night. .

It was close to where we had to be each day.
-The room smelled strongly of disinfectant/cleaner as if trying to mask a cigarette smell.
-Keycard to the room stopped working 2 days in a row. Had get it reprogrammed each time.
-Small and expensive room.

I paid more money for a room with a refrigerator, but did not get one.Room was centered in a heavy traffic area.

It was very hot and the pool was closed. We went to that location specifically for the pool.

Place was almost 100% clean ,toilet was a little dirty when we got there. Beds where super comfortable, hotel is next to the freeway , so made easy to go to our destinations.
There is a lot places to get coffee and breakfast around.
Place would've been perfect, but 2 rooms next to us at 1am when we got back to sleep, there was 4 people with chairs outside the room talking and smoking and drinking, I heard them all morning till 6am when they went to sleep. And also a lot of people just outside their rooms and in parking lot just hanging around , made it a little uncomfortable. Can't believe how the hotel doesn't do anything about that, since they have security sitting in the office. And also outside the rooms and parking lot smelled like tobacco and weed. Good thing rooms didn't smell that way

The bed appeared to be clean.
The bed had bedbugs! The receptionist was rude. I told him if he could make that the heater worked because last weekend it didn’t work. And no one compensated me for the inconvenience. He was yelling at me and threaten not to give me a room. I will make sure that I won’t be a frequent visitor anymore!
