Rooms are overpriced, pool was closed, no shampoo/conditioner. The area was not great either. Stay elsewhere if you can.

Toilet was broken, sink sprayed everywhere when on, no shampoo, loud street noise, smelled like cigarettes in bathroom

Good location, front desk staff was nice and friendly, I got two rooms one stunk a lot to marijuana and the second one was stinky with a lot of air freshener to disguise the smell, one of the mattress was sunk on one side, the sink faucet made a water mess everytime and the soap bar was tiny, no shampoo. I don’t recommend it for a family stay.

Perfect for one or two nights, practical, clean and meets our needs, sound insulation isn't the best, the area didn't feel very safe either, but nowadays in Los Angeles this isn't an isolated problem, room with microwave and a very large minibar, good bed, only the shower is very low, and they don't offer shampoo, just a very small bar of soap. But would stay again.

It was a okay place to sleep in but I was next to a room where they was kids and a dog and you can hear everything that was going on inside the kids the mom yelling at them and when someone from that room came or went out the dog would bark early in the morning, also I was out in a room that has a door inside of the room that I think it’s an easy access to the other room and that was weird, one last thing there wasn’t no shampoo and/or conditioner so I had to wait for my husband to come out of work for me to shower and lastly, the pillows are too stiff I woke up with my neck and shoulders hurting, need better pillows. Other than that it was nice! Thank you for having us there.

All good, camp tents felt a bit u safe, there was a little noise, co venue t to freeway, no carpet was wired, but room was nice, thank you

We needed towel. We had to wait and then go ourself to get it. The heater doesn’t work so we had to call the desk and ask for a heater. We had to wait two hours then get it ourself. We needed another pillow and had to get it ourself. They had no hairdryers. No shampoo and one coffee for two adults. When we asked for another coffee we were told we had to wait until after 10:30.
