Be prepared to not touch anything. Wear slippers. This place is filthy. I will never be back to this property again. The

The location was good.

This place is very dirty. There were roaches and bugs. I was afraid to touch anything in the kitchen and bathroom. Bedsheets weren’t washed and had dirty on it. When I checked in at 8pm, there was no one at the counter. I had to use their phone to call a representative to the front desk to check me in.

Get rid of the dope smell, the bed looked like a prison bed, the room reminded me of my dorm room and I didn’t feel safe in my surrounding

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

An extended stay facility without cookware, dishware, drinkware, flateware??? Yellow water! UGH!!! Despite the negative reviews I had faith, but boy was I WRONG! Will never book there again!!!

Roach in room, fd agent open door on us, water running out from toilet when flushed, alarm went at minutes to 5am..first assigned room was dirty, queen bed is like a bunk bed from pullout couch

Check in person didn't tell us about WiFi elevator was nasty with dirty rags in a corner room floor was sticky and dirty. only had one towel for 2 person's called for towels it took 2hrs after a reminder I think 2 should get a discount for an unpleasant visit

I always like the extended stay hotels, this is my first time that I made a complaint.

Bugs on the floor and on the blanket in the middle of the night, the bed is so uncomfortable.

The worst experience at an Extended Stay.

We have called twice to file a complaint but there has been no response. I would really like someone to contact me as soon as possible. I have some pictures that illustrate the horrific experience we had. There were no amenities available; although they were advertised. When we tried to communicate with the manager; she sent us a message via the front desk person stating, if we wanted emenities, we should have checked-in at the other hotel down the street. She did not speak directly to speak to us as she was too busy. The room did not have a shower curtain, the beds were not made (both) - they did not have proper coverings, no comforter, only the mattress cover under sheet. Once we checked in we could not leave because we checked in on a Friday, we are Sabbath keepers, the sun was setting and the Sabbath had already begun. We were devastated as it was the worst experience we've had at an Extended-Stay.

You advertise emenities with the rooms, so there should have been some available. The room should have been cleaned with the beds made prior to our arrival, and we should have had a shower curtaIn.

Very poor

The lady at the front desk was awesome. There was no sign so I had trouble finding it. Check in was easy and fast but as soon as we walked through the door to go in the hall to get to elevator all we could smell was weed smoke so we get on elevator and go to 2nd floor to get to our room and same thing all we could smell was weed smoke. We got to our room and there was urine in the toilet and on the toilet seat there were no hand towels at all and when it got dark I felt like I was in a big trap house. I was literally scared to go out to my car.
