It was close to the beach and so cosy, staff were great and so kind & helpful , Ms. Maria help us many times and she was specially in her job

Beautiful rooms and super pool area in this newly renovated up-market hotel.

Beautiful rooms and super pool area in this newly renovated up-market hotel. There is direct access to the beach - waking up to sunrise views is a real treat and you can see Ibiza town and the cathedral in the distance. The staff were relaxed and helpful & the location is close to all the famous bars and clubs of Playa den Bossa.

There is limited free parking in Playa Den Bossa, but there also are paid car parks.

Exceptional

I stayed last year in the hotel when it was Santos and it was great but the makeover after it became AMA just made it so much better. Very premium pool, rooms and amazing location.

The lack of parking for the hotel made it a bit tricky for us as we had rented a car and parking around the area is scarce.

Unfortunately we didn’t have breakfast as one member of staff told us the incorrect time. Apart from that lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms with a lovely view of the sea

The location was good

From start to finish we were disappointed with our stay. We walked in through a muddy entrance and were told by reception staff that the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our 23 kg bags up the flight of stairs whilst they were watching youtube videos, they did not even had the courtesy to explain the way to our room. When in the room it stank of wet towels and had a awful noice from an extractor. There was a phone but no information on how to use it or how to call, we asked for an iron that was never provided, amenities were at a bare minimum, not even a sachet for milk. And the worst part was that out of our 4 nights we had two nights were the hot water wasn’t working so we were all showering in cold water. When informed about this there was nothing taken into consideration. The manager of the hotel did not even have the decency to talk to us even tho we asked more than a few times to do so.

A really fab weekend break, made even better by having a perfect place to stay

Pool area was fab and pool serving team couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing! Hotel very smart and is on the beach, so would highly recommend for a quieter stay than say in Ibiza Town.

Couldn't find it when we got there, but we managed in the end with a call to the hotel.

The location was very good

we were surprised to note that there were no blankets in the room. after having requested once, they only provided one small blanket. after I requested the second time and told them that I will check in some another hotel they provided a better blanket. the reason for not providing the blanket was that in Ibiza blankets are not needed

Modern & very nice hotel with a lovely view. We hade room with direct sea view, good location, polite & friendly staff. Very Delicious food and tasty drinks. Excellent pool area! Comfortable sunbeds by the pool.

There are no robes or slippers at the room. The bed hade a hardest mattress and it was very unomfortable to sleep. No coffee/tea/drinking water provided in the room. Polyester towels did't actually absorb water and no hair conditioner in the bathroom.

The hotel is in a very bad shape and needs immediate remodeling. The advertisement was misleading and not at all reflected the actual condition and amenities. Management was not helpful, food was very mediocre and some dishes that were on the menu were not available in reality

Nice but not that nice

I loved how they cleaned the rooms every day and gave fresh towels. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Ibiza Old town is stunning, I spent most of my time there.

For me, I paid a huge amount of money to stay here, and in my opinion it was not worth it. The breakfast supplied every morning was just ok and the coffee was terrible. The food you can order pool side is very overpriced.

We booked two rooms and one room had a broken air conditioner. Not only was it broken it was more than 100 degrees outside and the front desk personnel told us to discuss it with a manger because they couldn't do anything but give us fans! We went to the front desk the next morning to discuss it with the manager in which he arrived onsite for less than one hour and left. Knowing the issue he did not care to fix or accommodate us in any other affiliate hotels. We were miserable for the several nights we stayed here and will not recommend this place. It is very overpriced for the type of accommodations, even the second room was poorly organized.

Front of house staff helpful Location is 1min to playa den bossa beach Location is 1 min to playa den bossa strip 3min walk to Hi Beds are very comfy

Rooms are dated Bathroom even though clean is in need of an upgrade. Shower has black mould around base rim Pool area shuts at 7pm

Quality - really enjoyed it - decent hotel

Really good location, right on the beach, and exactly where you would to be for PDB clubs and bars.

Only two slight criticisms. The swimming pool is 2.2m, so the only person who could stand up in and chill out is Andre The Giant. Pool is lovely but hardly used cause of this. The other issue was the bar closing at 19.00!! This Ibiza!! We would have like late evening drinks in the sun but an immediate cut off at 7 killed it a bit

Paid for the most expensive room which had cockroaches, no working safe & NO ACCOMMODATIONS for this. The owner only cared about money and doesn’t care about the guests comfort and experience. Look at photos below. do NOT stay here.

Great hotel with everything you need to have a brilliant time in Ibiza.

The location is great. The sea view room was amazing overlooking the pool. The pool was great with chilled out tunes and cocktails for a lazy days in the sun.

Lovely sea view resort

The room was so spacious. It had a separate kitchen and living room area. The sea view of the balcony was spectacular. I particular love the direct access to the beach next to the pool. The location is great, less than 10 mins on the taxi from airport and less than 15 mins to Ibiza old town. I would stay there again.

I don't have anything I didn't like. It was just the weather was too chilly and windy in April, we weren't able to enjoy the pool fully but nothing was the hotel fault.
