The Coach House position for both great shopping and superb walking, especially with dogs, makes it an ideal stay for all.

Anne and John were absolutely charming and gave us great recommendations for sights and food. The Coach House is in a very quiet, secluded village, Pebworth, which was perfect for our end of trip decompression. The estate is stunning.

The Coach House was absolutely ideal for our weeklong Cotswold visit. Historic on the outside but with clean modern interiors, it had lovely outdoor spaces and access to the grounds of a remarkable 6 acre estate owned and occupied by a charming and entertaining couple. The Corstorphines greeted us on arrival, made us feel at home, and gave us great dining and touring advice. The Coach House is also close to the best of the northern Cotswolds villages, as well as Stratford-on-Avon. All in all, a perfect home away from home, and we hope to someday return.

Anne and John are lovely people. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful garden. The location of the house is excellent for visiting the Cotswolds, among other things. There are also plenty of gastropubs nearby.

Gorgeous house and surroundings, great location for visiting the Cotswolds, lovely hosts. The only downside was that I didn’t book more nights!

Superb property lovely and warm, modern, peaceful quiet location wonderful local eateries and charming hosts and a lovely local hamper on arrival. This property is great for winter or summer and i am sure it would be amazing in the sunshine. Only two v small negatives tv could have better reception maybe cable or a freesat box / tv could help but app access and mirroring helped us through and the shower needed a little attention which we highlighted.
This was a lovely stay and a peaceful anniversary break :)

From the moment I booked her lovely home Anne was in touch. She provided info on transportation, restaurants and grocery stores.
The day we arrived she arranged a car hire to pick us up at the station. When we arrived she and John greeted us warmly and made us feel at home.
Th carriage house was fantastic. It was spotless and wonderfully decorated. The grounds were blissfully quiet and the sunset view was like postcard.
I definitely would recommend and will come back again when in the Cotswolds.

Idyllic Cotswolds home
We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful home during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. The home & its setting couldn't be more idyllic. It was very easy to explore the Cotswolds from Pebworth. Then, at the end of our day, we returned to the Coach House for a cozy evening by the fire. Anne & John were available when we needed them & very welcoming! I highly reccommend this updated, attractive, quiet home for a Cotswold visit.

Stunning house and location
We had a wonderful stay in the Coach House. It is a beautifully renovated property and the house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay in the countryside. The house is also situated on a large estate, so there is a lot of outdoor space (which was great for my 2 children). Very quiet and peaceful (just the nearby sheep making noise!) and welcoming and friendly hosts. Pebworth itself is a small town with not much in it, but it's a great location for short daytrips to nearby towns. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely break!
We really enjoyed our break at the Coach House. The cottage had everything we needed (plus more with the delicious damsons and apples in the garden!) Our hosts John and Anne were fantastic - their recommendations made our stay great. The Coach House is really well located for lovely Cotswolds walks, visits to Stratford upon Avon, Broadway Tower and the local farm shops are highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Idyllic
We spent a week in this property. It was so peaceful that we were reluctant to leave. There’s plenty to do within 10-20 minutes drive which was nice for the adults, but it’s also lovely for a family because there’s plenty of space for kids to run around. The hosts couldn’t have been more charming. We would absolutely stay with them again.

Exceptional in every way.
A slice of calm and quiet. Immaculate and well presented coach house - bags of charm and tons of room! We enjoyed BBQing and eating al fresco each evening and slept very well in luxurious sheets. Would be back in a heartbeat.

It was lovely staying here for a few nights with my family. The kids loved it and it was so nice and cosy. After being on lockdown for a few months it was nice to escape to the countryside. The owners are lovely and it was great to be able to explore the grounds. We would definitely come back again.

Beyond 5 stars
If we could give our hosts six stars we would! Everything about our stay was absolutely top notch, from the communication beforehand to the welcome basket of goodies, to the exquisite cottage in a beautiful location, with no detail forgotten. Then our hosts went over and above all of this, generously assisting us and helping us navigate the area. We can’t praise Anne and John enough for making our stay in the Stratford area so enjoyable.

Cotswolds Oasis
Wonderful cottage in quiet, peaceful village within easy reach of the beautiful villages, houses, and countryside of the Cotswolds. Was sparklingly clean, well equipped and Anne and John were great hosts.
Although we didn't have the best weather this didn't spoil our holiday, and having the coach house to come back to and relax in each evening was great. Couldn't fault and would definitely consider staying here again if and when we come back to the area.

Great cottage with all you need and more. Brilliant location to explore the Cotswolds to the south, and Stratford and Warwick to the North. Anne and John are great hosts and very helpful, plus a very nice hamper with and a very welcome bottle of wine on arrival. 100% recommend and will stay here again next time we visit this fantastic part of England.

The perfect place
Charming cottage that set up perfectly for two couples with 2 bedrooms that have their own separate area and bathrooms. Wonderful welcome gift and great communication. We enjoyed this as our base in the Cotswold district

Perfect hideaway for an R&R break and to explore the Northern Cotswolds.
We spent a delightful week in the Coach House and our son and daughter in law joined us for the weekend. The cottage was very comfortable for four people, quiet and peaceful. Everything was in place for a comfortable stay and the generous welcome basket sustained us through the week, topped up by beautiful locally sourced Cotswolds produce. Our hosts suggestions and information were very helpful, and along with the equipment at the cottage meant we could cook as much as we wished and eat indoors or outside; or find any number of places to visit. Just lovely!

Perfect for Rest and Comfort
The Coach House was fantastic! Anne and John were wonderful hosts, meeting us on our arrival and departure, being available, but not intruding in any way. The house is perfect - comfortable, extremely clean, well appointed kitchen - it had everything we needed for a restful and relaxing visit. The grounds are beautiful, well landscaped and well maintained. We could not have asked for anything more - except to stay longer!!
Welcome hamper - milk, cheese, artisan bread, eggs, wine, sweet loaf, crackers and a cookie. It's these little touches that make you feel really welcome.
Bathrooms, Towels and Linens - plentiful, clean and high quality towels and linens provided. The bathrooms in The Coach House are fabulous, with modern plumbing fixtures. True luxury! Just as the photos show.
Kitchen - pots, pans and utensils as you would expect. Lots of plates, bowls, and glassware - more than needed for four people. Plus, there is a dishwasher. If you want to do some serious baking while here, you may have to provide your own cookie sheet and muffin pan, but you just might be able to ask Anne to borrow? For most folks, everything you will need is here. There is a toaster and single-cup coffee maker (with coffee pods) provided. Multiple kitchen towels are also provided.
Clothes Washer/Dryer - a combination unit is provided in the house, available for use. (I wish there was a clothes rack provided for line drying.) The washer/dryer unit is new and complete instructions on its use are provided.
Entertainment - lots of books, some DVDs and a few games are available. Didn't try toe DVD player, but I'm sure it worked fine. Instructions for use are provided.
This was just the greatest place to relax, unwind, and go for long walks in the countryside.

Lovely modern cottage, converted with style and taste in peaceful location
The coach house is immaculate, very tastefully decorated and in a lovely location in a picturesque little village. Pebworth is an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and surrounding areas and after long days exploring the area it was blissful to arrive back home to this little gem of a house.
The lovely renovated cottage retains its charm and character while being very up-to-date with all mod-cons you could possibly need. There is a beautiful garden with lovely seating areas, the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are amazing and the kitchen is really well equipped.
The owners, Annie and John are fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. The generous welcome hamper is a lovely bonus.
Thank you for a fantastic holiday - would happily return in the future;-)

What a great house and lovely hosts
This is a beautiful, bright airy house with gorgeous gardens and views of the Cotswalds countryside. You must have a car, as the tiny village of Pebworth doesn't even have a store or a pub, but it's a nice, centrally-located place to explore Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Cotswalds. The owners are delightful and full of information, as are the other villagers. Without asking, several people in the village offered to show us around the 13th century church, into their gardens and into their restored homes. It was a lovely stay.
