Great location with clean and convenient room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was no kitchen, even though the hotel description mentions a kitchen. There was no microwave. The coffee provided was in an open container without creamer/sugar. There was no tea either.

everything was perfect, the staff was very kind and helpful , the room was huge with a great deck, food was great.

Delicious breakfast, free parking, helpful recommendations for activities, and the cutest villas with hammocks and balconies. Also we were very close to the tour spots and to an amazing restaurant called Chante Verde. Kevin at the front desk was amazing!
I wish we were a bit closer to the downtown Fortuna area, but it was okay to do the ~25 min walk or so because there were other tourists (even at night). We never felt unsafe and the hotel arranged pickup for most things too.

Privacy of cabana surrounded by vegetation. Beautiful and orderly landscaped spaces.
Would be nice to have a chair in the room.

Just outside of town in a quiet area. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are basic but nicely spaced out and comfortable. It was convenient to have breakfast available on site. We enjoyed playing table tennis.
Not much to say, my only comment is it would be very convenient to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

Lovely property. Nice staff. Monkeys!
Seating area. Hard to hang out in a group of 4. Monkeys! Love them but they are loud!

The beds were comfortable and bathroom was basic but clean. The property is beautiful with a trail you can walk on down to the river and the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious! We had dinner at the restaurant next door one evening and loved the food and vibe there as well. The hotel is a short drive to La Fortuna waterfall, Bogarin trail, Mistico Hanging bridge park, Arenal volcano and the hot springs.
Our room had a refrigerator outside and table with very rigid hard chairs on the back porch. We would have loved to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful landscaping, but the chairs were very uncomfortable for sitting more than 10 minutes.

The landscape/garden was amazing, very well maintained. The cabins were very clean and had everything we needed, it was perfect.

We stayed in a standart room with two double beds. In fact you get a whole bungalow with outdoor kitchen and balcony - very cool! The accommodation is 5 min cardrive outside of La Fortuna near our favorite restaurant El Chante Verde. Parking is included.
Via booking we received information about tours etc. Im the hotel we got a different display of tours, less variety and more expensive. The receptionist couldn't give us an explanation.
Our tv in the room didn't work so we asked the receptionist. He said he will fix it but they never got back at us and it wasn't fixed.
The shower only could do freezing cold or burning hot.
We didnt eat breakfast there or did our laundry cause there are plenty of cheaper options ins La Fortuna.

Good breakfast, very friendly/helpful/welcoming staff, beautiful gardens and balcony with hammock was great during the rain. The river trail was a nice and unexpected feature
Beds are a bit stiff, but honestly didn't bother us after full days of activity.

Convenient location. Great breakfast. Nice nature trail along the Rio Salto (river) with beautiful rocks. Comfortable room. Authentic.
Villa 10 is close to the road. Walls are only 1” thick wood so you can hear every car. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. Other villas are further from the road.
