Fabulous location for a family winter break!

Lovely, clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, good choice and quality.

Some parts of the room furniture and decor were a little tired.

Meals were spoilt by head waiter in restaurant.

Room was comfortable, most of the staff pleasant.

The older head waiter in the dining room noisily threw plates and cutlery about, loudly scraping to make the atmosphere as unpleasant as possible for those who were eating. He shouted across the room at staff and generally seemed to resent guests being there. It was the first year in many visits where the white wine was not drinkable.

Good food, service at bar and restaurant was very good. Great view, peaceful area.

From my experience, my suite lacked cleanliness. Did not feel clean, a deep clean was required. For example, floors didn't seem to have been washed, dirty grout in shower, paint splattered on curtains and bedding. Very disappointing 😞 Did report matter at reception but nothing was done. My suite was not even cleaned on day 2 and towels were not changed.

Fantastic, fun, great value for money. Lovely staff made our stay an absolute joy.

We loved all the meals (we had all inclusive so three meals a day) and we felt there was a great range of food offered. We got to try a lot of tasty Canarian dishes. Drinks were good too with the bar offering a mixture of wine, cocktails, spirits and beer etc. The staff were honestly fantastic, all really friendly and smiley - made the stay super enjoyable. We loved the evening entertainment with Rocket and Juan and felt they really pulled out all the stops. We had a lovely two bedroom bungalow between three of us which was amazingly spacious- had a living room and our own little veranda. Bathroom was really clean with a walk in shower and facilities excellent. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the hotel, I'd love to go back!

Only small comment is that I would have liked for the swimming pools to be a bit warmer.

Sad to see how rundown it's become.

Has declined greatly since lat visit. If this had been my first time staying I would not have returned.

Room not cleaned on arrival. Used condom wrapper in bedroom and filthy toilet. Simone on reception very abrasive. Poor quality buffet food.

Clean, modern, bright and spacious suites. Lovely pool area, friendly staff, good location. Very good value for money.

Breakfast and dinner choices were excellent and with a lot of variety and very well done. Personnel were friendly and respectful. Room was well presented and comfortable beds. Love the scenery!!

Bathroom- the shower screen was not properly sealed so was leaking water to the bathroom floor. This needs to be sorted for future guest. Room 217.

Nothing special.

Breakfast was good. Room nice (although our door was broken and we had to keep it locked with the key even when we were inside the room and they didn't come to fix it despite us requesting several times) and the pool bar and restaurant terrace have a beautiful sea view. Close to the bus stop.

Food at lunch and dinner was not good. Boring, every day almost the same, poor quality and not very tasty. Drinks also very cheap. Cleaning of the room was superficial and they didn't clean the floor nor the shower.

Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Food was very good if not a little predictable.

The quality of the all inclusive drinks was very poor. The bottom sheets were changed a couple of times but the duvet cover was not changed in 2 weeks. On a separate issue which booking.com don’t give you any chance to complain about the taxi back to the airport didn’t turn up. We ended up getting a taxi which the lady on reception booked for us we made check in with just one minutes spare. On contacting customer service on our return we were told the company had cancelled at the last minute and we would get a refund in 5 working days so they couldn’t warn us. But looking at my credit card statement there was the refund the day before we travelled which means Booking.com new the taxi wasn’t coming the week before and didn’t bother telling us, I will never book with them again.

Poor quality of food, really poor!!. They only clean the room every second day, and the worst part, the room is plenty of ants, what is disgusting.

Having stayed last year we knew it was excellent and it didn’t disappoint this year. Staff, food, suite all excellent.

The downstairs room where the entertainment was last year was closed. This restricted it this year and it was quite loud as near to our Suite. Still ok though.
