Really awesome
Neat and Clean and staff’s attitude is really appreciated

Easily one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in. Very spacious and amazing comfort. Food was good. The sell out factor was the proximity to the beach and safe to say we had a wonderful experience at the beach. The roofless bathrooms are underrated, calming.
The common bathroom near the swimming pool was not maintained well and it was mood killer when we visited as that was the first thing we entered even before going into our rooms. A mouse came into our bathroom during the visit but the staff were able to remove.

The stay was lovely, the staffs were very courteous. The facilities exceeded our expectations. The place was well-kept and stocked.
Some more options for Non-veg, otherwise no complaints.

private pool villa has good privacy
staff response could be improved when requesting for facilities

The staff throughout were very friendly. the food in the restaurant was excellent.
for the price wasn’t good value. Their systems and processes are inefficient. things take so long. very poor quality drinks and nothing was chilled including water constantly had to ask for ice with everything. mosquitoes a major problem especially when you had to ‘run a gauntlet’ in the room outside shower and toilet facilities. We appreciate the appeal of the tranquility etc however there was NOTHING to do in the area in terms of strolling outside. the beach was lovely but littered with rubbish don’t know why the local authorities don’t have it cleaned.

Buffet breakfast spread was good, as was the lovely tea cart on the grass in the afternoons. All kinds of details were thought about from toiletries to umbrella, yoga mats and beach mats. There were vsrious small activities-like table tennis, bikes and pedaloes to aid relaxation. The cottages were done to a high spec and were well catered for. Staff were very likeable and helpful. Our favourite was the gardener!
It was hard to pay the hotel using uk credit cards or bank transfer. Even the credit card of an Indian national was refused - a bit alarming as payment was required in advance to secure the room.
The lack of a liquor licence meant no spirits were served, so no g&t before supper. Wine snd beer were available but not on the 1st of the month which is dry generally. It would have been good to have had notice of that!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Xandari Pearl. The resort is a nature lovers paradise. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and really well designed. We were so well looked after by the kind, courteous staff. The food was really tasty and I especially enjoyed the buffet evenings. The complimentary afternoon tea/coffee and snacks were great. Sunsets on Marari Beach were unforgettable. The ayurveda massage was amazing. Would love to return.
Perhaps a few more daily specials on the menu on a la carte evenings.

Staff was polite and pleasant
Breakfast was not up to the mark - there wasnt even a buffet provided on the first day
Complimentary tea was not good, the snacks were ice cold
Property was not as presented in the pictures that seem to have been taken a long time ago. Property looked run-down and not maintained well, and the rooms were quite dusty. Food in general was not good and overpriced.
4.5
Overall experience was great. Expecting more facilities, like a Shack in the beach side with more Food items. Food served in the restaurant is limited but whatever they provided maintained the quality. Staff were friendly and great.
Ambience can be improved to get the feeling for the price we pay.

Absolutely nothing.

Spacious rooms. Pedal boating and kayaking options. Tasty food. Cycles provided to roam around within the compound. Access to beach. Plunge pool was good. The resort also had a big common pool too. All staff are polite and cordial.
Nothing
3.5
The proximity.
The interior of the room is just basic. The toilets was clogged and the water was filling up each time we flush.

Food was expensive and a la carte had very few options.

Pluch pool and beach access
Breakfast, bath shower not working. Door rusted and not working

Breakfast and location were good. The staff at the beach, restaurant, and activities( at the boating) were exceptionally helpful.
The facilities could be improved like the boating facilities or two-wheelers available or the games available. The staff could be more respectful while attending to guests, especially at the reception. Simple gestures like turning on the fan while guests were seated could have improved the overall hospitality experience. The staff at the beach, restaurant, and activities were exceptionally helpful, while staff at reception were busy with their own work.

Courteous staff, great property, access to beach and indoor pool. Lots of greenery.
Dinner buffet was not great. Not too many eating options outside the property.
