Great all around! They contacted me ahead of time to confirm check in time and were very helpful during our stay. The property is in a great location, close to ferry and all restaurants, shops, etc. - couldn’t have picked a better location to stay in. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet too despite being in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay here again, everything was wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel right at the perfect location. We didn’t have to hike a distance from the beach or to the beat restaurants. Also Lucia and Christina were super helpful and had answers to everything literally!

Beautiful. Hotel is set right in the lower center of Positano, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by shops. Yet it's set off the path by a courtyard which kept the setting quiet and peaceful. The staff were excellent. The bed and room were very comfortable. The location was the best part. So accessible to everything. The only thing to note is that the hotel is on a road that is pedestrian only, so you have a short walk w your luggage to the hotel entrance. There are also 2 or 3 big steps up from the road into the courtyard, so that may be a bit difficult if you have mobility restrictions.

Absolutely charming hotel. Darling rooms and decor. You can’t beat the view. We had a two bedroom, where one of the bedrooms had a small kitchenette. The balcony was enormous. You also can’t beat the location, right by the Church in the main part of Positano, so we didn’t have to deal w/ so many stairs. And the staff was friendly and welcoming. This is quite possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, spotless. Shower had great water pressure, too. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our favorite hotel we stayed at throughout our trip to Italy. It was on the closer end to the coast which was great because its a steep walk up to most other hotels. The decor is Mediterranean style white and blue which adds a charm. Room was clean and the shower was good size. The view from the balcony was amazing! We sat out and drank coffee during the mornings.

Amazing location so close to restaurants and the beach. The staff was so helpful especially the host working in the lobby he was great. We go to use the restroom after check out to shower and they also ordered us a taxi through the hotel. The view was 10/10 and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Villa Flavio Gioia is in the perfect location in Positano. Our room was immaculate. The shower was great and our balcony was perfect for watching people and enjoying the amazing view of the sea. Cristiana and Vittorio were so helpful and pleasant. My son and I will never forget our visit! Grazie Mille!

My two daughters and I loved this hotel. The location is perfect, near the water, beach, ferries and restaurants. The staff were outstanding. Cristiana and Vittorio were professional, friendly and extremely helpful to us. They were quick to reply to any email inquiries and to help us navigate our way. The room was lovely and included a small kitchenette. There was a small grocery shop just outside the hotel. Positano is beauitful and when we go back we will definitely stay at this hotel! We had an amazing time staying in the hotel. A functioning kitchenette is a plus. It’s centrally located so it’s so much easier to roam around. It would’ve been perfect if our room had sea view nevertheless we had a good sleep!

Beautiful hotel with incredible sea views. The room was clean, bright and airy. The hotel was located in the heart of Positano in front of the church. Everything you need is accessible by foot. Parking is the only issue as you need to park in a parking garage and walk to the hotel, which isn't far. Would be nice if the hotel offered at least a light breakfast in the courtyard or lobby.
