Lovely basement apartment in a great location BUT steps to enter unit are not for those that have mobility concerns, no toilet paper stocked and shower temp controls and pressure not good. Overall, disappointed unfortunately.

Overall, we had a great experience. We had everything we needed!

It was a great location! It worked out well for our family. Even though we wanted a 2 bedroom, it was a snug fit, but it really worked out well. It was a super hot time in DC so could have used a fan to move the cool air out from the back bedroom where the AC was, but all in all a great stay. Clean property and very responsive mgmt company.

The neighborhood was 2 blocks from the Capiton. Seward Square SE is a lovely street. The whole neighborhood was peaceful. The house is clean, well decoarated, and convenient.

The property exceeded my expectations. The pictures are good but in person the property is perfect. We had all the comforts of home in an inviting, well maintained and warmly designed property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and groceries. We got the parking pass and parked right in front of the apartment, never had to drive anywhere for the whole week. Scooters and bikes made it a breeze.

Fantastic location - 3 minute walk to Eastern Market & Eastern Market Metro Station - great shops/restaurants close - quiet (as quiet as Cap Hill gets) - clean & comfy. Not fancy - but, great place to cook/sleep while enjoying DC. Would stay again!

This property was the perfect location for me, my husband, and toddler to explore D.C. while also having a place to come back to that was in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and we had no issues with the check-in process. The only complaint we had was that the AC unit was located in the bedroom in the back and didn't seem to pull moisture out of the air very well. It got very humid in there, especially at night when we were trying to sleep.

The location of this place was awesome. We were literally 10 minutes from the airport. There were eating places all up and down the street a CVS a 7-Eleven and a subway station nearby. Plus a grocery store also! This was a perfect set up for two people. It worked out wonderfully for us.

Great place for myself and my 3 young adult children. Nice, friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed the local outdoor market with vendors on the weekend. Would definitely rent this apartment again!
