Surprised to find out at check in no pool, no breakfast , as they were listed as available. They said they haven’t had breakfast available since covid started

New management is trying to make a go of it in a large, but disused old motel. There is not even a sign.
Management could not have been nicer. This is one of many motels that are being operated by a minority group. I sure they are successful, because they are trying very hard.
It’s fine for a night solo, or for someone like construction worker. But needs a lot of work before I would take my family there.

Hotel was an older building which had been bought from a chain. No signage outside, no working pool, no breakfast as advertised on my booking. Room smelled clean. Upstairs guests yelled & slammed things against the wall most of the night. Manager was very nice. Only a few other guests staying here.

There was residue on the bedding and piss all over the bathroom. The attendant was rude confrontational and refused to refund our money. Do not stay here.

Don’t let the outside detour you. This $65 hotel was better than the $225 Super 8 we stayed in in Bozeman. Staff was friendlier, room was in better shape and management didn’t change rate, didn’t lie to me and didn’t charge my card for a night without my authorization.

It was difficult to find the property with little signage at night. The bed's comforter had a decent-sized brown stain on it and the shower tub/liner was a bit gross. Overall felt safe, and the staff was friendly, but cleanliness needs to be upped a bit.

TERRIBLE!!!!
This place is a dump! I didn't even get to my room to see what it looked like. The parking lot needs repaved big time. The buildings need painted. There really isn't even a sign outside with the name of the hotel that you can read.
There were ppl seating inside there cars in the parking lot. No handicap access at all & it's a walk to get inside building & then to your room. Which I didn't do because I knew I couldn't get my medical equipment from the parking lot to the room.
Pulled back around up front & gave the key back to the front desk & told them I can't walk all that ways being on oxygen & unloading. I had to pay for another hotel for the night somewhere else.

Motel was clean comfortable manager was great very friendly he made our stay very nice we had a total of 5 rooms all were very nice. Will stay here anytime we come to Colby!

Room was incredibly nice, given the state of disrepair in general at the property. Thinking it may be under transition, but the important part was a clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Signage, and outside repair, as well as common areas still obviously a work in progress. Great value overall!

I was looking for 4 walls and a roof to get away from a storm going through Kansas and it fit. It wasn't a luxury hotel but i wasn't expecting it to be. One traveler tip, the sink was poorly designed and if you turn it on to quickly it will splash you with water. Not sure about other rooms but it happened in mine.

I didn’t expect a Hilton experience but I also didn’t expect to have a spider crawling on the pillow my 1year old was laying on. I’m glad we were still awake and I seen the spider crawling on his pillow because who knows where that spider could have crawled to.

A fine stopover on a cross country journey. Bed was comfortable, no horrors, which is all I needed. It would have been great if there were a plastic silverware set so I had something to eat my microwave dinner with, but all else was as expected.

This is a great value accommodation for travelers and road warriors. Large rooms, clean enough, comfy beds, well appointed and quiet with everything you need except the luxury you can’t expect at the economical price you’re being offered. We enjoyed our stay. Maybe you will too.

I stayed here on my way to Denver. At first, some of the reviews had me a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable the hotel is.
The room was clean and safe. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and worked fine.
I think the bad reviews are from people that just want to cause trouble or people who just have miserable lives.
The accommodations were nice, and the price was good.
I would stay here again.

This property was very sketchy and looked nothing like the photos. The sign also says “Quality Inn” and not the listed name. I felt terribly unsafe and requested to cancel within six hours of booking but Expedia could not get a hold of them on the phone, as their number was invalid. Don’t book here.

Very poor water pressure in the sink and the sink did not drain well at all. The TV only had half of the stations they advertised as having. The remote was a very generic device with only channel and volume functions, no guide or info, or any other convience functionality. The bed slept well, but there was no water in the swimming pool, and major remodeling was going on everywhere.

On first approach, the property appeared to be abandoned. The parking lot is full of weeds, and no one was at the desk when we came in. The exterior door to our room block did not lock, several rooms were obviously disused due to broken or missing door knobs. There was visible damage to the roof, and the second floor was closed off. It is obvious that the management is desperately trying to rescue a once lovely property, but the recent painting in the hallways made the interior smell. I wish them good luck, but we will not be back.
