About this apartment rental

This sensational stone-built home in the Umbrian countryside is bound to blow you away. Spread across two floors and boasting two kitchens, two open-plan living and two dining rooms, you'll have more than enough room to sprawl out and get comfortable. Every inch wears its heritage proudly on its sleeve – flagstone floors, exposed stone walls and beautiful beamed ceilings make for inviting spaces in which to both entertain and relax. And we can't forget about the garden. Dine alfresco under the Umbrian sun, sip a glass of Italian white on the patio or while away afternoons splashing in the private pool – the choice is yours. Best of all, this dreamy destination nestled amid Umbrian greenery is just five minutes from Umbertide. Stumble across pretty piazzas, marvel at medieval fortresses or the treasures contained within the Museum-Church of Santa Croce. Whatever you do, don’t forget to sample some of the regions cured meats or famous Caciotta cheese along with a glass or two of crisp white local wine. Home truths: *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s free parking for up to five cars here *The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times – it is available for use between 1st May and 30th September *This home is spread across two floors, with no internal lift – however, there is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here for those with limited mobility *The owner lives on the ground floor – he has his own entrance and won't use the outdoor spaces (including the pool) during your stay *You'll need to bring your own toiletries with you to use during your stay *The fireplace in this home is not operational
