The room and the hotel in general were clean and upkept more or better than most hotels I have stayed in! The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable and bedding was fluffy and soft. Everything worked as it should
The toilet was extremely low and small like a toddler toilet. Could hear right through the walls and doors. You could hear people talking doors opening and closing and cars outside people banging on walls or stomping on floors. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room or at least in the lobby

Patrice was very friendly and helpful to us. She's an asset to your company, We travel a lot and wish we had someone like Patrice to deal with, It makes things easier when you don't get attitude like other places we have stayed at
The bed was a little firm but, it was sleepable.

The woman who checked us in was very helpful
Our room hadn’t been fully cleaned (1 bed not made and no towels in bathroom. The smoke detector batteries were dying so it chirped every 30 seconds so we had to disconnect it bc it was late at night.

location to the highway
No key required to get into the side door (no security), hallways and rooms smelled like musty and smokey, shower dropped all night like Chinese water torture, pool was closed, room phone didn’t work and continental breakfast was a joke. cookie machine was busted so had to use a single serve Kerug and the pastries looked like they were from a vending machine. Also, other patrons were loud and partied on the balcony near our rooms until 4am and left their trash and empty bottles in the hallway and on the balcony.

Coffee and muffins was all there was for breakfast. I expected choices of cereals at the least. Maybe yogurt, eggs, toast.
If I’d known there were no elevators, I would’ve requested a first floor room. But my biggest complaint was I could smell smoke the minute I opened the door to the hallway. I thought it was supposed to be a smoke-free establishment.

nothing, there’s nothing in the discription of the hotel that there is a live club connected to the hotel and it’s open till 3am Friday through Sunday so don’t expect to get any sleep if you stay here or have a parking lot there was a bed bug on my shirt I took off the night before when I picked it off the floor the next morning the hallways chocked you with cigarette smoke and theirs sketchy people walking all around the hotel at night and you’re cars rude staff when I called them to stress my concerns I was hung up on and then when I proceeded to talk with the manager she was not concerned at all! save you’re money and don’t ruin you’re vacation choice another hotel!!!!

Close drive to venue. Good size room. Comfortable bed
When checked in we were told that we had to enter through the inner door to be able to unlock the door on the parking lot side to use it. We used the chain on the inner door and left through the outer door. Went to show and came back. Key card didn't work for outer door. Called front desk and they said that the key cards don't work for the outer doors and that we had to pay $50 for a locksmith to come out. What a joke.

The shower was fab!
The heating unit is under capacity for a room having so much window square footage and an exterior door. I had it set to 86 the whole time and it could barely maintain 70deg.

that it was clean and updated.
the balcony door was not updated which meant the room was so cold without the heat on and with the heat on, it did get too hot. there was not a happy medium to the evening temperature wise.

2 Queen beds. Cable. Looked clean.
There were rats. They kept going in my bags and kept me up all night! I was itching the whole time I was there. I developed a huge rash on my arm to the point that it was bleeding from scratching so much. Couldn't find the Ice machine. The staff was unavailable 2 out of 3 times I came up to the main lobby. The keys didn't work and I had 2 sets of keys. It wasn't a good experience.

There was no breakfast, just coffee and muffins
everything was fine
