Great location in Bacalar

Great location and short walk from the lake and easy stroll into town. Stylish and clean Super friendly and helpful staff

We had some problems with hot water which took some time and a change of room to resolve. Personally would prefer rooms with a King bed rather than two smallish queen beds. Included breakfast was very limited

Schönes Hotel zum entspannen, sehr nettes Personal, leider etwas teuer

- die Zimmer waren sehr sauber - Wasser konnte jederzeit kostenlos an der Rezeption aufgefüllt werden - Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und sprechen alle englisch - wir konnten am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Nachmittag am Pool verbringen und das Gepäck an der Rezeption lassen

- sehr laute Geräte auf der privaten Terrasse die permanent gearbeitet haben - Kein Frühstück inbegriffen für den Preis - Keine Möglichkeit die Fenster richtig zu schließen sodass permanent Lärm von der Straße zu hören war (bis 23 Uhr) - Der Wäscheservice kostet nochmal 150 Pesos (8€) extra was ich für den eh schon teuren Preis des Hotels nicht angemessen finde, solche Services sollten inklusive sein

A picturesque beachside escape. The perfect stay for your Bacalar vacation.

Everything! This was one of the nicest boutique stays I’ve had. Every little detail including the design and inclusions was just candy for the eyes. Very picturesque against such a beautiful lagoon. Staff were incredible from the moment we walked in - nothing was difficult or hard to organise for us. The common balcony and pool overlooking views of the lagoon in the balmy weather was such a highlight, complete with the best shisha! Great music/playlist as well. Having the restaurant Riad attached was a bonus as well. Our washing was returned within one day and reasonably priced. Room size was super generous, Luxe bedding, super clean, condiments included from the coffee, water and body soaps and creams smelled amazing! And the hot water and water pressure was so good too! Access to the lagoon at the front is so easy to walk out to from the hotel for only 20pesos. Parking is also available close to the hotel on the street. We were so sad to be leaving :(

Nothing we didn’t like about this place. the only consideration is proximity to the main city centre. If you don’t mind walking a few blocks (in the intense heat!) it’s fine. Menu at the restaurant was a tad limited in options but convenient if you can’t be bothered venturing out anywhere else.

Great room but that's where the values ends

Room was lovely. Balcony was fantastic with a great view.

Breakfast was far less generous compared to other hotels we stayed at in Mexico. Given the cost of the room we'd expect more. Making you pick between juice or coffee seems very tight staff not particularly friendly

Superb

The view, room, and restaurant/bar.. Close to the lagoon and walking distance to the Fuerte.. The food was very good.

Service at the pool/restaurant was good but not outstanding.. I think the fact we spoke English intimidated them. I believe this place is relatively new so growing pains are expected.

Magical place

This hotel ia just magical. The arquitecture, the ambiance, the location, the food( we only had lunch there). Very relaxing and beautiful place. The view, the smell the music on the background.

The Hotel could have an option with breakfast included when you book it.

Superb

The hotel was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the walkway to the room and up towards the infinity pool. I was also grateful for the welcome cocktail and further hospitality. The location was also great for the lagoon.

The view wasn't great as it was looking on to a side street. However, the view from the infinity pool was great. It wasn't easy to find on our online maps either, so we had to ask for directions in the street. It was however easy to find once we knew.

Just wauw !

Just wauw ! What an amazing place. From the beauty of the place to the friendliness of the staff to the amazing food and the luxurious rooms. Our room on the top floor with a rooftop terrace and plunge pool with views of the equally stunning lagoon was just perfect. Situated on the edge of town where it's quiet day and night but still close enough so you can do everything on foot. Highly recommended !

Everything!!!! Getting there and seeing the place looks very classy. The pool and the view are amazing, the food was so good and the staff and management were super great. Service at the pool and restaurant i loved. But most of all that ceviche was to die for..

I think there should be rails to go up the stairs. Had a little hard time with that because I had problems with my foot.

New property with a nice layout and room setup. Enjoyed the view and especially the restaurant. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and launch a new hotel.

Disappointed !

The hotel staff is very kind, reactive and helpful, providing good service. Location is great, close to the lagoon pontoon and the ecopark. The contemporary mexican architecture and design of the hotel are nice. We had one dinner with great local food.

The major problem is noise. There was a party in the hotel during our last night. We were informed about this party right after our reservation but we could not cancel free of penalty (reservation made one day prior to arrival). We should have been informed before the reservation is completed. The hotel informed us that this party will end at 02:00 am. This party ended at 05:30 am, very loud techno music and people shouting like crazy. We had a white night. Hotel sound isolation is very poor. You hear everything outside from the street and from neighborhood (music and people talking in houses at the rear of the hotel). Wifi was very poor in our first room (we changed room and wifi was very good).

Wonderfull experience, beautiful place!

Very very good food The most delicious ceviche ever and a nice welcome cocktail! Very friendly crew! We were on a honeymoon trip and they gave us a special surprise 😍
