About this cabin rental
Inspired by the great outdoors, this BnB sits on a hillside with Pikes National forest out the back door and views of Pikes Peak from the front, this BnB seamlessly takes the beauty around it and brings it within the home. On the main level are a vaulted ceiling living room, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and walk-out access to a 375+ sqft front porch and back deck with outdoor dining area, hot tub, and fire pit. Upstairs is the master suite with a large walk-in bathroom & private balcony.
This house is broken down into two separate Airbnbs. There is a private Airbnb in the basement and this Airbnb which takes up the main level and upstairs level. The driveway is shared with the basement Airbnb. The top portion of the driveway [by the garage] is for this Bnb, and the lower parking area [marked with a sign] is for the basement guests
Our neighborhood is quiet and very close to several cute shops and restaurants in downtown Woodland Park. We really enjoy Cafe Leo Coffee Shop, Stuft Food Emporium, and Memorial Park. We are located 12 miles from the entrance of Pikes Peak, 17 miles from Garden of the Gods, and 19 miles from downtown Colorado Springs.
Uber and Lyft are very limited in Woodland Park. It's easy to get a ride to the house, however, getting a ride from the property can be difficult.
4WD is highly recommended in the winter months. The driveway is quite steep, and although the driveway gets plowed (typically done in the mornings) when it does snow it can be difficult to drive up and even more challenging to drive down, especially when we receive snow after plowing has been completed. Please account for snow being present in the winter months (November-May). When in doubt please park at the bottom of the driveway along the main road.
For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $370 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $130
-if you open it, close it
-if you borrow it, return it
-if you turn it on, turn it off
-if you break it, fix it
-if you use it, take care of it
-if you make a mess, clean it up
-if you move it, put it back
It is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stay
Absolutely No Smoking of ANY Kind Please:
-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking
-Unfortunately this location is NOT 420 friendly

-Well behaved dogs are welcome
-Clean up/pick up after they use the bathroom
-Take pets with you if you leave the home
-Please keep pets off all furniture and bedding
Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Pet cleaning fee (excessive hair, bodily fluids, stains): $100-$300
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Each day we were able to see wildlife like deer, blue jays, chipmunks, hummjngbirds, etc. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. Perfect.

We stayed at this location after a conference in Co Springs. It was centrally located to many sites. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The best restaurant in the area was Wines of Colorado.

You know it’s a good rental when you have name brand toilet paper and paper towels! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at!

We needed a family weekend in the mountains and this did the trick & we still had great amenities nearby. The hot tub & fire pit were a fantastic way to relax in the evening. The view off the front balcony was of trees & mountains & great sunsets! We went into town Fri night for dinner & Sat morning for breakfast. We cooked Sat night and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware. The kitchen table is a great size & fit all six of us adults for eating and playing board games. The living room has a great sectional couch that was comfy for lounging & hanging out. All & all we had a great & relaxing time and would highly recommend staying at this property.

The location was quiet and beautiful. It was nice to have access to the hot tub and separate beds for our group. It was a little odd having "neighbors" downstairs but we were well aware of the fact when we reserved the property. We had all of the amenities needed to make it a great stay! Thank you for accepting our reservation!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. The house and location were as described and we enjoyed the lovely and quiet setting. If you want to stay at a place that is not located amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, yet is conveniently located close to all the amenities and attractions of the area, I highly recommend staying here. Also, the property team are very responsive if you need anything. I give it a ten out of ten.

We stayed in this home for almost 1 full week. Everything from pre-check in to check in to check out went well. The home itself is close to everything in the Colorado Springs area and Woodland Park itself. Grocery store was < 5 minutes away and several restaurants are close by too. Yet with all of this convenience the home was secluded and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub which was extremely clean. We watched a bear one afternoon and the fence in yard was perfect for our Golden Retriever. The home had all the things we needed and the gas grill tank was 100% full. Can't say enough good things. A++++ stay!!!!!

Beautiful home in a great location! Close to grocery stores, gas stations, site seeing places, etc. The original listing did not state that the basement would be rented out as a separate rental, but our questions about that were answered very quickly. All correspondence was quick. Encountered a few small spiders & the freezer needs to be defrosted. Overall had a great experience!

We had a great time staying at the cabin. It was very comfortable, and the location was perfect and close to all the attractions we wanted to explore. Erin is a Super Host, and we highly recommend.
