Excelente lugar para alojar en familia

Las instalaciones en general estaban bien equipadas. Las habitaciones espaciosas y todo muy limpio. La amabilidad de Cristian que nos recibió.

La ubicación un poco lejos del centro, pero la verdad no fue problema para nosotros porque buscábamos tranquilidad.

Es un lugar muy especial, tiene mucho más de lo necesario, es seguro, limpio, todos son muy amables. Tiene espacios para distracción personal, para jugar con los niños, está muy cerca de sectores turísticos.

Buen alojamiento al paso

El alojamiento es espectacular. Nos quedamos camino a Santiago, algo alejado de la 5 Sur, más que por distancia, es por la calidad del camino, pero vale la pena dada la estadía.

Muy cómodo

La comodidad de las habitaciones y de que hay muchas cosas para entretenerse. Los administradores son super buena onda y con muy buena voluntad.

Que al estar aún en construcción se escucha desde muy temprano los maestros trabajando a lo lejos. Lamentablemente tengo un oído sensible y quizás otro huésped no los escuche.

Todo bien mantenido ,tranquilo, acogedor Súper Limpio todo y sus instalaciones y el dormitorio buenas camas y almohadas

Falto un poquito más de aislamiento no mucho un poco para no escuchar los ronquidos y murmullos del dormitorio de al lado.

Large apartment a few miles east of Chillan

The apartment was large and comfortable. The swimming pool was nice. The staff were friendly.

The location is unusual, in a kind of estate of private houses. We had great trouble finding it. The kitchen was not very well equipped.

Great property, if in out of the way location when traveling on highway 5, Chile.

Once we arrived at the property everything was top notch. Host was very pleasant and accommodating in every respect. Breakfast was not included in quote, however when I inquired from host as to where we could find a place to have it, he immediately said that he would provide. Next morning his mother presented us with freshly baked, gluten free bread, eggs, arepas and great coffee. All with a smile in her face.

Location of property is very hard to find through the use of given address, it took contacts with host to find the property and then only with his personal guidance. I would suggest that hosts list his property as near "University Adventista de Chillan" from there GOOGLE GPS should be able to guide future guests to this wonderful host and property.
