本次住宿經驗佳

位置極佳，位在離新宿車站南口約5分鐘距離，鬧中取靜，早上搭車往近郊很方便；雙床房內足夠攤開一個半的行李箱，以東京精華地段住宿空間來說cp值超高。

衛浴空間極小，房間設備風格走古董收藏風格，若想要享受先進飯店的功能的話較不適合。

場所が場所なので仕方ない。

入った受付はとても可愛い買ったレトロアンティーくなインテリア好きにはいいと思います

部屋が狭い　2人部屋だけど1人部屋みたいでベッドの寝心地も良くなく部屋全体に狭く　古びた感じで　個人的にはちょっと怖かった。

Quirky and convenient

This is a well-placed value apartment stay for a traveller not planning to stay in much while in Shinjuku. The staff were incredibly friendly, and despite being a stone's throw away from the incredibly busy Shinjuku station it's down a quiet side street and a good night's sleep can be had! Although quirky and eccentric in decoration, the place definitely is overdue a deep clean and was dusty with clogged aircon and extractor fans. This won't be for everyone, but it suited my needs and I would willingly use this place again for a convenient place to sleep inbetween late night Tokyo adventures!

As above, it's dusty. Otherwise charming and convenient and I liked it for what it was!

Very artsy place loved everything about it. Rooms are small but it didn't bother us. Location is amazing ... highly recommended.

really good value for the price and perfect bed after a long flight

The location was good, so close to station even walking in the rain with an umbrella was no problem and 7/11 just around the corner. The staff were amazing they allowed me to request which room I didn't want to have and they helped me with my luggage up the stairs. It was no problem at all to check in early, there was a nice big mirror downstairs that I could do my makeup in after checkout (on the floor but I felt it was clean enough to sit on the floor). My room was bigger than I expected, I loved the natural daylight from my window and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. wish I took a photo of my room in the daylight to post here because it felt so fresh and light but you can't tell in the photos here. The 'alleyway' when I read that on a review was my only concern but it really is not like any alley way I have ever seen it's more like a cute little street to me and the area felt really peaceful even though it's so close to the busyness of Shinjuku. I would definitely recommend 🤍

There's not really a social area for solo travellers to meet if they wanted to. It was okay for me because I find it easy to meet people out but it might be nice if there was like a tea and coffee station downstairs in case people wanted to meet naturally in

6 nights in Shinjuku.

Absolute great value for location. Easy 450m from Shinjuku station. Facilities simple bur all you need. Hot water, comfortable bed. All that shinjuku has to offer right at your doorstep for a bargain price.

The steps tough on my sore old knees but that's not too bad.

The place is quite interesting with all the old furniture they have. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in was easy with the instructions sent by message here in booking.com. The check out was quite simple too. There is a small simple kitchen with electrical stove l, plates and a sink to wash everything.

The bathroom was a bit hot all the time.

It was a great stay, with few issues and little contact with staff, in an excellent location.

The location is excellent as it is extremely close to Shinjuku Station, making it easy to travel throughout Tokyo. I was lucky and happen to stay when there was a reduced price, so the value was hard to beat. Even with the usual price, the location makes it worth the price.

One night, one of the hallways smelled strongly of smoke or something. Fortunately, it didn't permeate into my room, so it didn't bother me greatly. However, it was quite a shock whenever I ventured out into the hallway.
