Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located just 7 miles from Dollywood, this 5,788 square foot lodge has 11 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms (sleeps 42) has plenty of space for your entire family. There are two outside decks of mountain view just waiting to be discovered as well as 2 hot tubs, theater room, game room, and a 70 inch flat screen tv in the family room. While you stay, you communicate directly with the owners to ensure your stay is perfect. No middle man!

Conveniently located at Wild Briar resort and 7 miles from Dollywood and right down from Parrot Mountain, this 5,788 square foot 3 level lodge is perfect for your large family or groups sleeping up to 42 guests. The luxurious Wild Briar Resort offers an easy drive along well maintained wide roads and outdoor community pool access (June 1 - Labor Day). There is always something to do at the Awesome View Lodge with a game room, theater room, patio deck seating and 2 hot tubs.

Kitchen: Luxurious kitchen equipped with 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 drip coffee makers, 2 toasters and a huge industrial size refrigerator and freezer. All essential pots, pans, silverware, cups etc. provided and plenty of dining space.

Theatre room: Located downstairs with theater style seating and a kitchenette nearby in case you need a snack.

Game room: Located on the top level, we have a pool table, foosball table, TV and couches with plenty of seating in case you just want to lounge around.

Free Wifi and TV provided by Xfinity - 1 Gig Speed
The tvs in the theater room, living room and game room all have xfinity cable. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 rooms on the main level also have cable. All other tvs without cable have firesticks.

Bedroom Layout:

- Top Floor - 4 king bedrooms with additional twin over twin bunk beds in each room with ensuite bathrooms and 1 additional bedroom that has a twin over twin bunkbed in it (sleeps 18) with a shared bathroom in the hallway

- Main Floor - 2 king bedrooms with additional twin over twin bunk beds in each room with ensuite bathrooms (sleeps 8)

- Bottom Floor- 4 king bedrooms (only 2 have the additional twin over twin bunk beds) with ensuite bathrooms (sleeps 12)

- There is also a twin over twin bunk bed in the theatre room on the bottom floor and a twin over twin bunk bed in the game room on the top floor (sleeps 4)

Outside: plenty of free parking for up to 10 cars, 3 park style grills, and 3 bear proof garbage bins. (charcoal not provided)

Things to do: Dollywood is 7 miles away complete with a waterpark. Play a game of golf at the Gatlinburg golf course. Journey through the smoky mountains at Cades Cove, a 11 mile loop filled with scenic roads and wildlife.

Things to know:
* A starter pack of dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided to get you going.
* The lodge is supplied with bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
* Our guests have access to the community Pool at Wild Briar Resort(open May through September.)

Smoking Policy: Absolutely 100% No Smoking policy inside the cabin.

Guest access

This property does have an awesome view. We have 30+ people and had plenty of room. The sleeping accommodations were fantastic. The kitchen cookware could use updating, but we got by just fine. Everyone in our party had a great time!!

Overall this stay was amazing. The lodge is not far from most of the attractions, grocery stores. Everyone in our group had their own room and bathroom. The lodge was perfect to accommodate our party.

Our family reunion was very nice. The cabin accommodated us very well. The view was awesome. The Internet access was fast, the game room with pool table and Atari games was awesome! The duel fridge, stoves, ovens, microwaves, and hot tubs were great. The cabin layout was great. There were some disappoints: the ice machine wasn't working, the main floor bath was clogged, the kitchen sink was clogged, the hot tubs need some maintenance, a chair broke when it was sat on, someone else sock was found between the bedframe and comforter, we were short a bar of soap for the kitchen, no starter automatic dishwasher soap, there was construction noise from a cabin being built next door and a lot of noise from the partiers on the other side. BUT all in all, we enjoyed our stay but that for the money, just too expensive.

The cabin was laid out perfect for 11 different families. The kitchen was huge with 2 of every appliance, making it easy to cook and entertain. There was plenty of room for our party of 32 people! The adults and teens enjoyed the game room upstairs, while the kids loved the theater and adults loved the TWO hot tubs!

We had a large women’s church group that stayed for 3 days. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was amazing for meal prep. Fridge/freezer great size. Host was extremely responsive for our one small issue. Super kind and helpful. In a very large home, it’s almost impossible not to have small things missed by the inspectors because they are not staying there and using all of the facilities regularly. We loved that the drive was not exceptionally steep. We have had some driveways in the past that were intimidating. But once there, the views were absolutely stunning. My group made full use of the hot tub. We had ear plugs for everyone because sounds and snores travel even in a large home but most of the sound came from other homes celebrating family reunions.☺️. We plan to return here. We all loved it. Thank you Ben for your help and kindness.

It was very accommodating for our Womens Retreat. We had a large group and the cabin was perfect. Each bedroom had its own Bathroom which made it perfect. The large Kitchen and living room was perfect. It was beautiful! We all loved it!

Great space for a large family with ages 2 to 82. Spacious communal kitchen/dining/seating for everyone with - as advertised - an awesome view. House was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are all spacious with very comfortable beds. Host was very fast responding to any queries. And we saw a momma bear with three cubs wander by outside - definitely a highlight for everyone.

This cabin has beautiful view of the mountains. Location was good. The owners was very good at responding with cabin problems. The air was not working for the first night and next day but the owners got us fans on the first night and had repairs on the air conditioner the next day. Still need to put window air conditioners in two of the bedrooms. This was out of the owners control but was a disappointment.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The cabin was perfect for our large group of 30 women! The view was spectacular!! The owners were accessible and prompt with every issue! I’ve never experienced service this efficient!! We will definitely stay here again!

We had some difficulties with the cleaning crew and the AC was not working the first few hours...but management is awesome and made it right by responding quickly and sending maintenance out to correct all mistakes. Also gave us $100 refund for having to wait 30 minutes after check in because of the cleaning crew... Beautiful and breathtaking views, was perfect for our family get away. 10/10 recommend.

This cabin has plenty of sleeping room for a large group and the view is absolutely beautiful. One of the best views we have ever had out of all the years we have been coming to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The property owner is quick to reply if you have any questions or need help with anything.
