מקום נחמד, חדר מאוד בסיסי כדי לבוא לישון. אין קפה בחדר רק למטה במטבח. אווירה רגועה ושקטה. אך יש בנייה מסביב אז יתכן רעש מבחוץ.

שאין מודעות לטבעונות, אבל זה בכל האי מדרייה כמעט.. רק שפה לא היה חלב צמחי בארוחת בוקר.

Exceptional

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by beautiful nature, with limited numbers of rooms available, allowed us to feel really exceptional. Lovely view and hospitality were beyond our expectations . Situated between mountains, but still overlooking the ocean, having everything you need to recharge. The host and staff were very friendly and helpfu,l reacting to all our needs. Swimming pool, even not very large, was very comfortable, with warm water, encouraging to have fun. Fully & truly recommended!

The breakfasts were very good and nicely served, however a bit more variety would make them even better, especially for longer stay. Maybe buffet with a few more ingridiens to chose from could be considered in the future.

A peaceful stay in a beautiful property

This a picturesque property among the mountains and beautiful nature of Madeira. The property is very well-kept with great attention to detail. Danilo was an amazing and friendly host, and it clearly shows that he has a long experience in this industry and that he knows what he is doing. We had a very lovely conversation with him on the day of the check-out. Our studio apartment was very cosy, spacious and homey. The outside heated pool looks amazing, however, we did not have time to use it. The accommodation also had a parking space for each apartment.

It would be great if insect screens (nettings) are installed for all windows and doors to prevent flies, mosquitoes and other insects from coming. Breakfast is great and tasty but it does not change from day to day, and thus might become a bit boring for people staying for more than a couple of days. I would recommend having some changes such as in cold cuts and cheeses offered. It was a bit challenging to find the property on Google Maps due to some confusion with a property having the same name. Hosts mentioned that there are plans for a slight change in name which should solve the issue.

Peaceful mansion in the green mountains

This place is a cosy and quiet little piece of heaven in the jungly mountains of Ribeira ! I really enjoyed staying there and felt like at home with the super friendly and flexible owners. The pool is really enjoyable and the bedroom has great quality furnitures. The breakfast style is enjoyable where we sit at a big wooden common table and get table served. I really recommend this place !

We never really understood the entrance gate code system, but thankfully we could always open it without for some reasons.......

Our stay was short and it was ok.

The garden and the plants and that everything was new.

The location was a bit off. the rooms were a bit smaller than we expected and dark. The owner was very kind and nice and always helpful. we would have preferred breakfast in individual tables.

Beautiful Oasis in the Valley.

I liked everything . It was one of the best places I stayed in. The surroundings are beautiful, though a bit remote so you need to have a car. It's peaceful and quiet there,very important.The swimming pool is great, heated and very well maintained. Rooms are modestly furnished but funcional. The staff is amazing. The gardener and a cleaner are doing great job. and the hosts are not only hosts but they are going an extra mile..Danilo and his wife are brilliant. Breakfast was tasty and I wasn't hungry after. we made good memories with other guests too. Thank you from Maja and Katrina.

One of our window didn't open, which made opening the shutters difficult In fairness, we forgot to mention it during our stay , because everything else was great.

matras is quiet hard. because the communication was through an external organisation we thought that it would be more a hotel feeling but that was really not the case : very warm welcome and stay!

Exceptional

Nice renovated bulding surrounded by green hills where you can find silences, mountains cliemat. Rooms and common area are very clean, everything new and comfortable, bathroom so big and clean. Room was cleaned everyday. Very nice swimming pool for rest after tiyed day. Breakfast was very good , kitchen laydy will prepare you fresh scrambled eggs. Perfect place If you looking for silence place near to Funchal. Only remember that the location is only for you If you have a car, but car park is available and comfortable. Without car the location is not for you.

Wonderful, unforgettable stay.

Beautiful, renovated place, surrounded by green hills and silence in which we spent one week. Everything (rooms, common area, swimming poll and garden) was very clean and well-kept. All the staff was very helpful and the breakfast gave us strength for long trips every day. Perfect location for trips all over Madeira but renting a car is recommended.

Try It!

Lovely secluded location between hills, but still close ( 10min) to beach and shops. It is very convenient for trips around the island. Host and staff vere excellent very friendly and helpful. Loved the relaxing heated pool for dip in the evening after exploring the iland.

Its bit hard to find at first as google maps take you for a ride but its actually stright forward once you know the way.

We had a lot of privacy and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming, overall a great experience as it is only 6 minutes away from the sea
