The view from this property is stellar, and the pictures are true pictures, but the areas are much smaller than the pictures reflect. There was a constant banging under the hall bathroom sink that I reported to the front desk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Condo shown exactly on photos. Great location in the building, close to the main area elevator. Everything needed to cook, extra trash bags, dish soap, a couple laundry & dishwashing pucks, paper towels, scrub pad, toilet paper, and shampoo, conditioner and soap. Lots of towels! Easy checkin. Only one little issue/question which was fixed within 30 minutes after calling them. Every morning I would take my 3 year old grandaughter to the inside kids play area and the big kids play area. Very clean outside and an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

It was unfortunate that the pool was closed the whole time. Would have liked to have known that agead of time. The water pressure in the hall bathroom was terrible. Also the pipes or something made noise in hall bath 24/7. The second bedroom mattress was sunk in on left side. Hard to sleep there. This is our second year in a row to come. We do love the complex abd the lazy river is awesome. It was not as clean as it was last year. We will come back but will find another condo

It’s the second time I come to this condominium building however not the same room. Regarding this room I would say it ver nice overall. The problem I had is with the beach tower that they don’t provide. Also when I spoke with one of the associate asking if they had beach chairs for rent close to this place she said yes, and that was not the case. Also asked if they had a baby crib, she say no but when I arrived there was one in the room. I barely created space in my trunk for the crib just to find out they had one also. I felt like they are not informed of property. No ice in this building,just whatever ice is on room.Overall it was a nice stay.

We stayed at this property last year and had a wonderful time. This year however, the condo was rundown and needed some TLC. The lock on the patio door was broken, toaster was broken, no remotes for the ceiling fans, the patio furniture was corroded etc. This would have warranted a 4 star rating but because the property manager never replied to any of my messages throughout the weekend, I gave it a 3 star rating.

There were several small issues that added up to some significant hassles. We contacted the service manager and he did his best with the situation. We did have a great time and our adventure was what we made of it. Beautiful views, awesome property and amenities, & lots of activities in the area. Overall a great time!

Great location on a quiet side of the beach, fantastic unobstructed ocean views and amenities. Property could be a bit cleaner, one sink was clogged with hair, some dirt on baseboards. Bed mattresses need to be changed as they’re too soft and sunk. Also need a new toaster and replace pans and pots. Most knives unusable, need sharpening. In general, great property and outside of the few aforementioned annoyances we’d stay here again.

This was a nice place for our family but as the resort was not busy this time of year, getting hot water to the shower took a very long time. Not sure there was a fix for this but 10+ minutes was a long time to wait with water running.

Had a lovely weekend at the property, top quality, well stocked kitchen (only hitch was the toaster was broken). Fantastic pool and lazy river and the beach is right next door. Quite a few beach toys for younger kids. It would be good to have beach towels and a beach umbrella for summer visits. Very quiet location, we didn't have a car but there was a small grocery store for basics (including alcohol) and a wonderful restaurant and coffee shop across a busy road from the condo (be super careful crossing) We ordered from Uber eats for one night - lots of choices if you don't want to drive.

The TV service is not user friendly. We did not get service on two (2) of the (4) TVs. The main TV was spotty. Had sound at times and then no sound. Frustrating!

We stayed at Western Waves while our grandkids were attending the Texas A&M Sea Camp. It was the perfect place for them to have fun after they finished camp each day. They enjoyed the beach, swimming pool and lazy river. The condo was lovely, just as advertised. And the process from check-in thru check-out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a an amazing time here. The pool was kid friendly with lots of shallow area and a splash pad. Perfect for my 2 toddlers. Beach access is a bit of a walk if you have little kids and a load to haul, but doable. You go out the corner of the property and walk down a worn trail to beach access next door. Balcony furniture is a worn and needs replaced. Ice maker didn’t work well - bring your own ice. Overall loved the condos and it’s amenities including pool, play room, friendly staff, and lazy river. The place is well kept and beautiful. Would book here again in a heartbeat.

Condo was beautiful and nicely furnished. Hot water did not work correctly so cold or luke warm showers. Middle bedroom when light was on and you plugged something in would surge. Water did not work at kitchen sink.
