Holiday Island Overlook is a relaxing haven that is surrounded by natural beauty and unending entertainment and activity. Located in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, Holiday Island is a hub of outdoor fun. This condo overlooks a premier 9-hole golf course with Table Rock Lake in the background.
This area of Northwest Arkansas is steeped in history. Over the years, the area has provided shelter to native American Indian tribes, solace to wealthy business tycoons, and pleasure to outdoor adventure seekers. More adventures continue, with new zip lines, downhill mountain bike trails, and on-water adventures.
Perched on the hillside, this condo has everything you need and is surrounded by trees, providing privacy and comfort. Magnificent views of beautiful Table Rock Lake can be seen through the trees. The kitchen is complete with all major appliances and everything needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks for the crew. Curl up by the fireplace in the living room and watch a favorite show on the TV. Holiday Island is like staying at a resort with its own marina, restaurants, fishing piers, and two golf courses. Paradise Zoo, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, the marina, boat rentals, and trails suited for walking, mountain biking, and hiking are all very close. Located 10 miles north of Eureka Springs, Arkansas guests are treated to scenic vistas, refreshing mountain air, and Ozark hospitality.

Please note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the community pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake, which is located across the bridge near the marina.

Everything was good except parking was a little difficult but doable. I really liked the beds very comfy and every bedroom had a bathroom attached to it which made it very convenient for me and the 2 other motorcyclist that came along.

Loved the quiet and trees, and close to many great birding places. Home had everything we needed for 2 couples staying 3 nights.

Two story Duplex with plenty of room for a family of 8.
The outdoor deck is large and great for family bbq.
Overall a very comfortable stay.
The pull out sofa in master needs sanitized though. There are sus stains.
There are no play areas near for young children, so plan on entertaining them.

Nice, quiet location. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed seeing the deer everyday. Just about a 15 minute drive to Eureka Springs. Would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful, clean and safe.
However it completely lacked basic amenities.
Only one TV worked, and only if you used a Netflix account.
The main issue is the home had no hot water. We arrived to the hot water tank shut off and drained. The next evening the tank only provided about 20 minutes of hot water total.

As described with plenty of space. Beautiful location with whitetail deer all around. Close to Eureka Springs, Bentonville and Branson. Crossing the one lane suspension bridge was amazing every time. Plenty of water sports, fishing and sightseeing in the area. Must sees, Eureka Springs, Branson, Silver Dollar City, Christ of the Ozarks / Passion Play, Table Rock / Beaver Lake, Roaring River State Park (MO) and rainbow trout fishing.
Hosts were responsive and quick to reply to messages. Great Ozark vacation lication.

We loved the property! Great location and was very clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was available for us. Very thoughtful placement of power strips…it’s a little thing, but counts a lot when you’re not expecting it.
The deck is amazing. We just wish the weather would have allowed its use more.

Great location and just a short ride to both Eureka Springs and Branson. Plenty of room and loved the separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Very clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was we never were able to get local channels on TV.

Pluses are the place is clean and comfortable. Minuses are having the TV locked on PG-13, no red wine glasses and wine bottle opener needs to be upgraded. There are quite a few ants on the counter to the left of the sink. The directions to the place are completely inadequate and just out right wrong. Without Siri we would’ve never found it. The switch to the right of the front door that controls the floor lamp needs to be labeled floor lamp. The Amazon fire stick needs to be labeled fire stick.

Our second visit to the island but first time staying on the island. Had a good time with all the area has to offer is why we chose to come back to the island! The kitchen had every appliance & utensil that we needed plus extra extra extra dishes & grilling utensils!! Definitely was as advertised.

We loved this condo! Especially the back patio!!!! Everything was clean and the beds are all comfortable! I loved how each cabinet was labeled with what you would be looking for!!! We will definitely be back!!

We were very pleased with this condo. 3 couples traveling together and we loved the set up all having our own bathrooms. The patio/deck was the bomb!! Quiet, spacious and relaxing. Plenty of furniture for conversation, grilling and dining. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed , and a new coffee maker. (Older review mentioned broken buttons on coffee maker so wanted to mention it) the pictures don’t give this place justice. The furnishings are quality, and the beds had memory foam mattress toppers which were very comfortable. We had one small issue getting the grill to light only because it needs a new regulator but we left a note so I’m sure that will be handled. Overall great stay will def come back !! 20 minute gorgeous drive to downtown ES. Don’t hesitate on renting this place. I only have 4stars on the accuracy of listing because of no TV in one of the downstate bedrooms which did show in the pictures and also a good photographer could capture what this place has to offer. No major issues or complaints, We loved it !!
