Take a dip in the private pool or kick back in the hot tub for rest and rejuvenation. Access the beach directly across the street via the sand path and prepare to spend your days taking it easy on the sandy shore. No matter what type of family fun you seek, The Mad Hatteras is the perfect place the whole family will want to return to for years to come.
Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a fully gated private pool with a hot tub, a park-style charcoal grill, gas, grill an outside shower, a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles, and a luggage lift. Entering the home from the carport, you'll find a den with a flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, an arcade game with numerous game options, and deck access. Enter bedroom #1, furnished with 2 Twin Bunk Sets. This level also has the use of the full hallway bathroom.
Mid Level: Take the stairs up to the mid-level, which provides access to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom #2, is a Queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, ocean-view deck access, and a private full bathroom. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin beds plus a flat-screen TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share the full hallway bathroom. Do not miss the convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
Top Level: Finally, make your way up to the heart of the home, the cozy Great Room with high ceilings and coastal decor. The Great Room provides a flat-screen TV, ample seating, a sound bar, deck access with ocean views, and a dining area seating 10. The freshly updated kitchen makes cooking a breeze with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, and a breakfast bar seating 3. Lastly, you have bedroom #5, a King suite with a flat-screen TV, private deck access overlooking the pool, and a private bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and a separate shower.
Extras: Private pool (30 x 15), hot tub, 6 TVs, WiFi sound bar, luggage lift, sun decks, covered decks, deck furniture, gas and charcoal grill, mini-refrigerator, arcade game, books, games, fish cleaning table, and an outside shower. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Distance to Beach Access: 300 feet. Beds: King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Singles. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-In Location: At the Property
PRIVATE POOL is open from April until Mid October
Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation.
