I love to wake up early and sneak out to the 2nd floor deck for my morning coffee. As I lounge on the chaise, surveying the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, the ocean breeze and scent of saltwater washes over me. Heading back inside, we equipped the home with premium furnishings and entertainment so nothing would be missing in your home away from home. Experience spectacular views of the Cape Cod Canal and Bay from this well maintained, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, Nantucket style colonial with reverse floor plan and plenty of room for the entire family.
First floor bedrooms are essentially private suites, each with its own full bathroom, featuring Saatva/Tempur-Pedic mattresses and 55-inch 4K TVs.
Rest easy in the second floor master bedroom with king size Stearns & Foster mattress, 50-inch 4K TV, and another full bath just across the hall.
Enjoy true coastal living with an open floor plan, offering vaulted ceiling throughout the living and dining rooms, fireplace, luxury vinyl flooring, oversized windows, shelves filled with books/games, expandable dining table with additional bar seating, and 75-inch 4K TV with Sonos cinematic sound and Playstation 5 digital console for rainy days and late-night gaming.
Front porch facing the Canal and two decks in the rear for enjoying sunset evenings and outdoor dining with Polywood seating for all.
Just over the bridge and a short distance to First Beach, Town Neck Beach, Sandwich Boardwalk (currently under construction), the Canal, bike path, marina, waterfront dining, watersports, fishing, and Tree House Brewing Company!

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
