The property has been converted to a high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings, including remote control velux windows and large rainfall showers. There is a wonderful family room/kitchen area with bi-fold doors opening onto a decked terraced area with wonderful countryside views. The barn is part of Lincombe Manor, a 17th Century property which is currently being renovated and will be let out by the end of the year.

Rooms: Ground floor, living room with woodburner and Smart TV, Kitchen/dining room with bifold doors to decked area. First Floor Master kingsize room with ensuite shower room, Double room, Twin room and family bathroom with bath, shower, heated towel rail, WC and handbasin.
Beds: King size bed, Double bed and two single beds.
Luxuries: Smart TV, Wi-Fi broadband
General: Oil central heating, woodburner in lounge and kitchen.
Utilities: Belling range oven with induction hob and hot plate, coffee machine, large separate freezer, butler sink and utility room with Washing machine, tumble dryer and seperate WC with handbasin.
Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron
Other: Bed linen and towels inclusive. Highchair and stairgates provided, No travel cot provided.
Outdoors: Private raised terraced area off the kitchen and shared access to lawned gardens (minor renovations will commence at the Manor during late 2022). There is an uncovered pond, so care must be taken with young children
Parking: Private parking for 2 cars.
