Roof top restaurant and bar service was dreadful. Air conditioning in room kept coming on and making a huge noise during the night which even when we informed hotel desk wasn’t fixed. Asked for additional cup which never came

Will not recommend this to people with family

The staff at the restaurant/breakfast was amazing and catered to our allergies. They were very warm and welcoming.

Check in took 30 mins. Our Room wasn’t ready till 5:30pm where as the check in was at 3pm. We were promised an upgrade but we were moved to an even smaller room than what we paid for.

It was fine - nice staff but not worth 200 a night.

The staff tried their best to accommodate me and the room was better than I expected. The roof top bar is really a lovely bonus.

I was off to a bad start when the car I ordered with the hotel to pick me up from the airport never turned up. Don’t bother to book taxis through the hotel as they never appear! The aircon in my room was a nightmare - clearly needed work as it made a horrendous sound when you change the temperature. Woke me up at 5am sounding like a plane about to take off. The room was not massively clean and the crockery at breakfast was also less than clean. Additionally, the internal lock on my door was broken.

Great location

We were going to a concert at the Auditorio della Musica and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. Radisson Blu is also in a beautiful part of Rome.

I was traveling with my son and requested a room with an additional bed. A sofa bed would have been ok, however there were two stretcher beds plus sofa and double bed. Maybe something was lost in translation. The room was still very nice and comfortable.

No insulation. The noisiest stay.

Clean. Friendly.

I have probably slept 1-2 hours after asking for the most quiet room of the property. There’s noise coming from the street and noise coming from inside. You can hear every step and the Cleaners in the morning make it impossible to sleep at all. The rest is clean safe and positive but I would never repeat because of the noise levels. I had to move my bed away from the window but it didn’t help.

Já fiquei em outros hotéis da rede e esta foi a pior experiência.

Quanto ao quarto, muito pequeno mesmo para os padrões europeus, além de problemas com ar condicionado, chuveiro e descarga no banheiro. Limpeza não feita, mesmo solicitada. Room service fraquíssimo e encerrando cedo.

An enjoyable stay

Great breakfast and comfy rooms

Problem with the taxi booking on the way back to the airport. Taxi was 20 mins late after prompting and I suspect the concierge had forgotten to inform the taxi company

Non ho usufruito della colazione La posizione era comoda al mio meeting Bagno molto piccolo ma pulito

Alla reception sono stata " accolta" da due addette molto approssimative, ho chiesto di poter prenotare al ristorante e loro non sapevano fosse chiuso ( tengo a precisare che avevo prenotato lì proprio perchè quando viaggio da sola non amo uscire la sera per andare a cena e preferisco cenare al ristorante dell'hotel), ho chiesto quindi come ovviare e mi hanno rimandato ad un loro collega perchè " più ferrato". In un hotel di una catena così importante, mi sarei aspettata un'accoglienza più professionale .

I think it is not a reasonably priced. The staff work so hard to make up for some building defect

The car's noise outside all the time entered my room. The windows of room should be repaired.The aspiration system in the restroom did not work properly

Bene ma non benissimo.

La posizione era ottima essendo in zona dove avevo appuntamenti di lavoro. La camera era molto comoda e pulita.

La colazione da migliorare, molto generica. Il bagno era piuttosto scomodo. In camera faceva molto caldo e non era facile cambiare la temperatura. Il receptionist al quale ho chiesto la fattura del mio pernottamento mi ha detto di scrivergli e non mi ha mai fornito la fattura.

Highly recommend

We had a great experience and enjoyed every single day of our stay. The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were generous and were worth the money spent. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and tastefully designed. I would like to thank the hotel for the wonderful time our family had there.

The hotel made our trip very relaxing and comfortable.

The lobby and the room were well maintained and clean. The staff was very supportive of our requests for luggage storage after check out and arranging taxi to the airport. The room had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Well connected by multiple bus routes.

Preis Leistungsverhältniss o.k.

Im Haus ist eine Bahnstation (Ferrovia) untergebracht. Die Züge sind unglaublich dreckig und sehen aus wie in den Siebzigern in N.Y. aber die nächste Station ist die eine Metrostation in der Innenstadt. Ab 10.00 fahren stündlich Kleinbusse kostenlos in die Innenstadt.

Die Familienzimmer haben Ihre Fenster richtung Innenhof. Da dort die Lüftungsmaschine untergebracht ist, ist es unglaublich laut. In den oberen Geschossen bei geschlosenem Fenster geht es. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die ist nicht weit weg, sauteuer, und hat eine abenteuerlich enge Einfahrt. Mobiliar im Hotel ist teilweise sichtbar abgenutzt.

Nice hotel but tried to secretly overcharge twice

The hotel is beautiful and well-located.

Same as in my other review: The hotel tried to overcharge me — twice. One of the attempts was unfortunately successful. Fortunately I realized it afterwards and now I am trying to get the overcharge back. They first tried to charge the hotel price a second time even though it had already been paid upon booking. When checking in the clerk apologized and said it was a „mistake“. Then upon checkout, they charged me twice the price of the city tax. I called the hotel and they acknowledged that it was another „mistake“ because the system sometimes does not work correctly. As a minor point, the shower in my room (503) was malfunctioning (drain clogged and on some mornings only boiling hot water as cold water pipe was not working). I will not come again. UPDATE: While the front desk had asked me to submit my request for reimbursement by email, to this day I have not heard back from the hotel (no answer to the email at all). I will now file a complaint with Booking to somehow get my money back. I do not recommend booking this hotel. But when doing so, I would try to monitor credit card receipts carefully to make sure they do not charge twice as in my case.

Very lovely and helpful personnel, upon arrival the room got upgraded, which was nice gesture The premises at the hotel and the rooms were nicely air-conditioned which was a great escape from the outside heat The train station is next to the hotel which makes it easy to travel to the city centre

The water in the room which had a label "complimentary water" turned out not to be complimentary. Got charged for it (maybe there was a fine print which at that moment I did not see indicating that it is free only for the hotel club members or something?!). So be careful! Although the breakfast was of a decent variety, felt like something was missing The room had a coffee machine but not the electric kettle
