Whether you are visiting Arizona for the weather, golf, or spring training you will love our stunning single story home that is over 3200 sq feet, beautifully decorated and features a total of 5 bedrooms; 3 King Suites with luxurious ensuite bathrooms, 2 guest bedrooms a guest bathroom plus there is a TV room with a 55” smart TV with cable, sleeper sofa (queen size) and two arcade games (Pac-man & Golf). For those who love to spend time outdoors the backyard is really the icing on the cake. Enjoy the heated pool, spa and huge 880 square foot covered back patio with outdoor dining, seating, oversized sectional around a large propane firepit, 55” smart TV, built in BBQ grill, lounge chairs, ping pong table and a 4 hole putting green! There is a $40.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature).

Just off the kitchen is the family room with a sectional sofa where you can snuggle up and read a book or watch your favorite tv shows on the 65” Smart TV with cable. The large dining table has seating for 10 plus there is another table, seating for 4 that serves as a table for eating and a game table for playing poker!
The first King suite features a King size bed, 55” Smart TV w/ cable, dresser, sitting area, makeup table, walk in closet, private bathroom with single sink, walk in shower & direct access to the backyard. The second King suite has direct access to the backyard and features a King size bed, 65” Smart TV w/ cable, dresser, private bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and walk in closet. The third King suite features a King size bed, 55” Smart TV w/ cable, desk & chair, private bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and walk in closet. The guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and guest bedroom # 2 has a bunk bed with Twin/Full size bed.
The TV room is perfect to hang out and chill! It has a sleeper sofa (Queen size), 55” Smart TV w/ cable and 2 arcade games (golf & pac-man). There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience and the garage has some exercise equipment available for your use during your stay.

This house is basically like staying in your own private resort -- the best rental house I've ever seen! We intended to explore a lot in our week in Scottsdale and basically never left the house because it was so incredible. The outdoor space (pool, hot tub, lounge areas in sun and shade, putting green, etc.) is immaculate and truly feels like a resort. The house itself is gorgeous and feels like a home. Most rental properties feel sort of thrown together with the bare minimum and I always think about what I wish I had brought from home. This one is so well stocked I actually made a list of things I wanted in my kitchen and even took pictures of some of the décor for inspiration. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving any sort of meal you could imagine, even for a big group. The layout, size, and seating of this house is perfect for a big group and I started planning who we would go with next time, while sitting by the pool.
While we didn't leave much, the house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Close by are some great restaurants and stores. Just north is a nice open space area with nice desert trails for a morning run or walk. As a side note, the management company (iTrip) was wonderful, so responsive and so easy to work with!
Truly, this house is a gem and we will absolutely return and share with friends!

We have stayed in a number of vrbos with our grown children and grandchildren in various locations and this was the best equipped, designed and spacious. Perfect layout for our purposes. 3 amazing master suites, 2 of them with outdoor access. 2 additional bedrooms and well placed hall bathrooms. Fabulous common space and a large yard pool area with outdoor games and multiple sumptuous seating areas. The kitchen had top of the line gourmet equipment and tableware. A perfect rental experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and more than large enough for 3 couples or 2 familes. The kitchen was very well equipped for a rental. The location was great. But the pool area was the highlight. Multiple seating areas, with choices of shade or sun. Large firepit and nice barbecue. Truly a backyard oasis.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was as stated and very nicely furnished and equipped. We had an issue with the refrigerator on Christmas Eve and understandably the fix wasn't until the following Tuesday. The operators kindly credited us for the inconvenience. We had 12 family members so 2 big kids on coaches but otherwise all fit. All was good and we would recommend this home. RB

Our family consisting of 8 adults and 2 small children loved our stay at this vacation home! The home was large enough to accommodate 4 families easily. The backyard was so much fun, we spent most of our time out there as the weather was perfect. The heated pool was a big hit and the children couldn’t wait to swim every day! We made all our meals in the well stocked kitchen. A bar fridge would have been handy as the one fridge for a big group was very full. We would highly recommend this property for family groups!

This property and it’s management was by far one of the very best rental experiences. The house was amazingly clean and impeccably decorated, which made it feel like home and really enhanced our vacation experience. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. There are so many comfortable seating areas both inside and outside. The house is well-stocked with additional items not always expected at a rental (tons of kitchen gadgets, board games, poker table, ample supply of outdoor pool towels, washing machine detergent pods, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The kitchen was amazing! Extremely well-stocked and labeled. Workout space in the garage was also well-stocked and very clean! Absolutely everything worked, and we are already discussing booking this exact property again soon!

Great house, would rent again! Very clean, well supplied and worked well with 5 different family members merging for a family wedding in Scottsdale. We each had our own bedrooms/ baths. The two latecomers shared a bath and not an issue. I was concerned about location being too far north but it was not a problem and was close by to great grocery, restaurants and local ER. Yes we paid them a visit. Phoenix so easy to navigate and so clean. Pool area and back yard a huge plus. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. Plenty of room to gather for meals. When we had a small issue (I thought I had turned on a light on the pool), emailed and taken care of right away. I was surprised how attentive they were. Again, great home! You won't be disappointed.

This was a great place to bring family. With the three different suites we all felt like we had plenty of space. The outside area was perfect! We were out there most of the time. The only thing was that the outside patio was not the cleanest when we arrived.

We traveled with a group of 11. The house is so big and spread out that we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen is huge and has everything you can imagine you would need. We cooked almost all of our meals while at the house for 5 days. The outside area is the gem of the property. Endless hours were spent in the pool and just being outside. The three king suites were a game changer. When we contacted the company for a special request they were so attentive and went above and beyond to make it happen. We will stay here every time we come now.

We have been coming to AZ each summer for the past 10 years (minus the 2 covid years) staying at various places using vacation home apps so we have many places to compare.
This was by far the best experience we have had in 10 years!! We thought about what could possible be better and between the 5 of us, could not come up with a single thing! The communication from the start to check out was very clear and comprehensive with no details left out.
The house was VERY well equipped with everything from dishes, to cutlery, cooking utensils and pots & pans.
The outdoor space is spectacular!!! Although we didn't use the hot tub, BBQ or fire table, all were very clean and ready/available for use. The putting green, pin pong table, board and video games, Pool and sitting spaces are simply - PERFECT!! There is even a selection of pool toys (with a pump) to enjoy).
If you get a chance to book this - you will not be disappointed!!

Multiple master suites provide perfect layout for some privacy and yet still allows for gatherings in the large great room. Tons of seating options outside surround the awesome pool. Every inquiry before and during stay were promptly answered.

Amazing extended family vacation at Eleven Palms. I cannot say enough about this home, it has everything! We visit Scottsdale several times a year and this by far is our favorite vacation home yet. Clean, spacious, well stocked, great location, and a quick Uber ride to just about anywhere. ITrip was wonderful, and everything from booking to check out was so simple. There were five mature women spending a long weekend together at the house without husbands. All was well until a lawn crew arrived on the wrong day (according to house information) without advanced notice. We were very suspicious of the guy holding a chainsaw (there is nothing in the yard that would require a chainsaw) and tried to turn them away. I immediately tried to call the management company, but no one answered and I had to leave a message. While on the phone, one of the crew was climbing the fence and trying to open the gate from the inside of the yard. Fortunately, one of our husbands was dropping something off and showed up at the right time to deal with the situation. He went to speak with the crew and sent them away. When we finally heard from the management company, the crew had left. (Perhaps we should have called the police and not the management company???)
Other than that disturbing encounter, our stay was excellent. The home was just like the pictures; well appointed (they thought of everything in the kitchen), clean, everything it promised to be in the advertisement. We never left the house because everything we needed was there! Several of us mentioned that we would like to come back and stay again.

It was beautifully decorated and had many amenities for all ages to enjoy, including putting green, ping pong table, pool, hot tub, fire pit (when working) grill and bar atea and several seating areas to lounge in. My family and I stay in a bunch of vacation rentals throughout the US and this place is at the top of our list. There is not a detail that has been missed and the homes location is ideal when visiting Scottsdale. This property is huge with three large private suites, plus two additional smaller bedrooms! It is the best laid-out floorplan for a friends retreat or a large family gathering. No one is getting the short end of the straw when picking rooms. Large dining room table for meals, game room, card room, workout area, putting green. Need I say more?.......Ok I will! The patio and backyard will knock your socks off. Plenty of seating areas, outdoor TV, bar and grilling area, fireplace, hot tub and a nice sized "heated" pool. The home is updated and in perfect condition. My family will be back year after year to enjoy the AZ sun. Thank you for an amazing getaway and for the thoughtfulness you put into this vacation rental. Well done!

This home was awesome. There is nothing that has been overlooked. Very well appointed kitchen and pantry. Best beds I have slept in forever. This is way more than your traditional vacation rental home. They thought of everything and had activities and games galore. The outdoor living space is out of this world. I will for sure stay at this home again. 3 suites and 2 other bedrooms plus plenty of relaxing and lounging around space. Loved this house and didn’t want to leave.
