Beautiful rooms. Very comfy bed.
Fan in the bathroom really noisy and wouldn’t shut off.

Close to the beach
£15 to pay for our dog on arrival. Wasn’t made clear and assumed already included in price.

great location and comfortable
lovely food at the restaurant.

Clean, modern, room looked exactly like the picture. Was peaceful although our room was on the ground floor on the road side.
It was a bit confusing where the reception was. Our room was a separate part of the hotel across the road but wasn’t too far.

lovely comfortable beds and the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was amazing!
slightly noisy due to age of property.

A lovely property in a superb location in Southsea. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed; the staff were a delight. Breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommended.
Parking in Southsea is difficult, so I’d recommend paying the £10 per night charge for a dedicated parking space.

breakfast was poor value. we didn’t pre book because we weren’t sure of our plans. on the last morning we had toast which was £4.50 per person for two half slices of bread each, a bit of butter and two small jars of preserves.

Lovely hotel, very clean, great staff, breakfast good and plentiful.
The mattress had gone in the sides and had two body dips and lump in the middle.

Clean, lovely room. Comfortable.
A little noisy- guests above upstairs- but it is an old property.

Lovely room, bed very comfy. Was able to park on site. En suit clean and great size, brilliant shower.
Tea/coffee facilities in room.
No issues other than hearing the builders in the morning but we were already awake by then anyway

stunning. clean. comfy. interior design to die for. fantastic choice for breakfast. we had eggs royals. beautiful. short walk to beach. def stay again
slightly confusing on check in as 3 hotels owned by same company but check in was in one of them. we did arrive in the dark so that may be why we were a little confused.

We were very impressed with the rooms, which were very well decorated and extremely comfortable. The Breakfast was first class and very well presented. The staff were very friendly and we were made to feel welcome.
Nothing to fault, apart from difficulty in finding parking space.
8.0
A large room with very comfy bed, great shower & very good breakfast.
Slightly confusing that it was part of another hotel. Parking could be an issue.

Quiet area decent size room
Checking into a dirty dusty room with a stong odor , after going back to reception the very lovely lady at the desk managed to find us another room to stay in which was 100% better. However these small group of 'hotels' certainly aren't what I would say is boutique. After working in travel for many years and staying in some fantastic hotels this is not boutique standard.. No fresh milk, no mini fridge, extra charge for 'speciality coffees' such as latte/cappuccino, even most standard b&bs will provide these at no extra charge. Paid to add on breakfast as well as to upgrade the room. Just not worth the price they charge. Have stayed in much better for a lot less. Sorry just not worth it

Breakfast quality very good with various options
The only smallish negative we had was parking. Due to it being the great south run weekend there were lots of cars parked up. However the hotel supplied us with a permit to park anywhere on the street if all the hotel spaces were occupied. On one occasion, one of the staff allowed us to use their car parking space which was very kind indeed. They really do value their customers.
