Ontevreden

Balkon. Restaurant op het balkon met prachtig uitzicht Genoten van het balkon, maar niet van de rest. Na een dag had ik er spijt van.

Badkamer! Er kwam een slechte geur uit het riool. Kon 's nachts niet slapen. Ook tijdens het toilet of douche. Bed was kapot. Matras was oké. Stoel was kapot. Foto op internet was anders dan de kamer. Ontbijt op de foto was ook anders. Ventilatie was erg. Filter van Ventilatie was vies. Ik ben erg ontevreden.

Удобное расположение, пешком мин 10 от Мечети Султанахмет и Айя София. Отзывчивый персонал, готовы всегда помочь подсказать. Красивый вид из номера 3 этажа и терассы (ресторан). Вид на море 😍 Номер каждый день убирали, было чисто.

В первый день пребывания до утра не спали, так как есть терасса и там ресторан, и он работал до 3х утра, и каждый шорах было слышно 🤦🏻‍♀️ особенно как двигают стулья. Сами после дороги уставшие и плюс такой шум невозможно было уснуть. Но, на след день после нашей просьбы ресторан закрывали в 00:30 Лифт не работал 3 дня 🙁 с ребенком, коляской и чемоданами было тяжело подниматься до 4 го этажа. На завтрак каждый день одно и тоже, не было фруктов. Большой чайник для чая видно что давно не чистили, был запах накипи 🤨 Ванной комнате запах сырости. В комнате отсутствовал фен и чайник, но как только мы попросили нам его выдали.

If you are not considering Lift, then it is ok

Nice location and good staff. If anyone considering lift, then this hotel is not a choice as the lift starts after 7 stairs and will not drop you on floor instead will open in half landing space of stairs , then again you have go up or come down 7 stairs.

Very good

3-5 minutes away from Hagia Sophia. The bus and tram stations are really close too. Everything was more than okay for the price. We would come back if we visit Istanbul again.

We didnt like the breakfast as much as we hoped.

Really good location, and friendly staff, even if they are not all of them english speaker. The room was good enough for a rest if you are a tourist. Overall it was clean.

The Wifi connection could be stronger. The breakfast was a small buffet without many options.

Best hotel! Very cosy, clean, comfortable, very nice staff.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk from Sultanhamet Square. Without a doubt, this is a beautiful hotel with a pleasant staff, really informed, friendly, helpful and very polite and respectful, whenever we needed something they were there, both the owner and the boys and two girls who work there. Daily they entered the room to clean everything. Breakfast with plenty of variety and very good. The rooms are excellent, they are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and we had a room with views of the sea and the main street. We would return a thousand times, I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy your stay in Istanbul!

Best in Town !

This is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel with nice staff they were really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and perfect view and the room service is excellent and clean including the bathroom! I strongly recommend it to you if you would like to enjoy your stay in Istanbul!

Nova Roma, just like homa

The room was a good size, clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I have mobility issues but there was always somebody available to assist me up the stairs and out of the building.

Not a dislike, an observation. The hotel was technically closed for a full refurbishment. We were the only guests in the hotel. I am wondering why our booking was accepted, as having one room of guests must have been highly inconvenient? Keeping all guest services open n staffed for just three guests. We are very please that they did. Just do not understand why? Dislike. Despite staff and builders being in the building daily, and we reporting it to Reception daily, we still could not find anybody to fix an annoying leak under our bathroom sink which left the floor tiles permanently wet & slippery, and quite dangerous for myself on crutches.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Everyone was so friendly. Even though the check-in was at 12:00, they gave us a room at 8 am, they welcomed us with a smile and offered their help with everything. The room was comfortable, and the place was amazing. The breakfast was so delicious, we enjoyed it so much. Before arriving, I was scared because of some reviews here, but honestly, I don't know what these people want more. I hope the next time they will welcome us again. Thank you for everything.

A rude manager

The location is very good. Only one staff member was helpful. The breakfast was good.

The manager was rude. When I compared the facilities shown by the booking.com app with the facilities available, he got angry and asked us to leave if we don't like offering full refund. As we're very tired, we had stayed there. Only one towel for both of us for whole two days. I can attach the photos to show you the room, very poor.

overall a good value for money

location was excellent with very short waking distance to many attractions like Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia Topkapi palace museum etc, roof top continental breakfast with a sea view was a buffet eat as much as you like and was good enough with variety , good Wi-Fi , Reception and service Staff was very helpful in providing information and solving issues instantly , cooking staff was very humble and kind, a/c worked perfectly fine, room was spacious enough, hot water was available all the time in taps, there was fully functional lift, loved the stay.

Disappointing

Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular ahmed who went out his way to look after us. Sea view for breakfast was also a plus.

Location.. uphill walk to blue mosque a bit hard for kids and elders. Poor wifi Hotel was generally not upto a good clean standard.. bedroom sheets not changed, towels looked worn out and used. Breakfast was very limited Rooms are not sound proof either so you if you are a light sleeper you wont get much sleep!

To be honest nothing appealed to me I booked for 15 days..after 4 days I left..I was told because I paid by card I couldn't get a refund

The room was very small..the constant smell from the bathroom of sewerage was sickening, the breakfast was less than basic..no cakes and pastries. Just the same 1 bread everyday. The room wasn't cleaned daily..ie floor clean.. changed towels..bedsheets..on the 3rd day these were changed. Electric wasn't working properly..my both power banks would not charge..but when I went to another location in turkey there was no problem. Only 1 bulb was working in the light. There was only 1 plug by bed and 1 in the middle of the wall where the tv was. So could only use 1 thing at a time..for just over £600 i was more than disappointed ☹️

Very good

If you are used to use 5 stars, is not for you, but if you want a nice, cozy, familiar, friendly hotel it is great and close to the center. Staff very kind, terrace roof with seaview fantastic.

In the middle of everything

The facilitie was very old....cleaning every 3 days......noise in the morning......there no water to drink in the room until you ask

Very good

We had great stay at the hotel, location was absolutely great, we were minutes away from everything. Night supervisor Ahmed was very helpful and kind always had a smile on his face. Friendly hotel and safe to stay.

We didn't enjoy the breakfast, it could have been a lot more better. Showers need improving .
