Lovely apartment in central Manchester

A really comfortable and good sized apartment for 2 people. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped...there was even a nutribullet. Not far from supermarkets and a fantastic fish counter in the Arndale centre across the road. Perfect location for the AO arena which was a 7 minute walk away.

I initially had an issue with reentry and whilst the phone number given was answered promptly the person I spoke to had no idea how to help and didn't know there was a key card waiting for me at the unmanned reception desk which I only discovered from one of the cleaning staff as I was leaving at the end of my stay.

Convenient location with a cosy atmosphere and friendly staff.

The accommodation was comfortable, and I felt at home. It was an excellent location.

There was neighbouring renovation work that caused some noise in the morning.

Good accommodation located beside the noisy rail of Metrolink.

The Manager Alison and the staff Roger were very nice and helpful. The room was comfy and spaceness. Overall was very good except the noise from the tram because the residence just located beside the rail of Metrolink.

Everything was ok except the noise from the tram. Anyway we could sleep well from 0:00 to 06:00. The first tram woke us up in the morning instead of the alarm of phone.

Fantastic! Will be back.

This was such a great find! The apartment was really nice, we liked the design and the place was spotless. In terms of location, it was right across the road from the Arndale Shopping Centre and the AO Arena is just minutes walk away. You are in the heart of all the shopping streets and there is a tram line about 2 mins walk away. Alison who was working there helped us with anything she needed. She was so friendly and we really enjoyed chatting to her. Nothing was a bother, she could not have done more for us. A great find in Manchester. We will be back again hopefully soon.

A hidden gem!

Everything! Location top notch, right in centre. Apartment was awesome, super clean and equipped with all you could need. Staff were so, so lovely and super friendly. An absolute gem of a find. Will.be defo staying here again, hands down. Visit Salt & Pepper next door, you won't be disappointed

Apartamento acogedor. Recomendable.

El personal es muy amable y encantador. La ubicación del apartamento está genial, muy cerca de todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes, donde puedes encontrar todo lo que necesites. De fácil comunicación, muy cerca de parada de taxi, tranvía y autobús. También está muy cerca de la Catedral, el Museo del Fútbol y otros lugares turísticos de interés. El apartamento es acogedor, bien climatizado y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Recomendable.

Los colchones eran blandos y los armarios un poco pequeños.

Bel appartement bien situé

La facilité du Check in/check out via le lien. L’emplacement dans la ville(proximité de tout). Le confort et la taille de l’appartement. La literie confortable.

Si vous avez le sommeil pas très profond, le bruit des trams et de la rue durant toute la nuit peut perturber.

Great stay and highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the stay. All facilities needed as a traveller are available and everything is modern and clean. The location is great and close to all shopping centers. The staff also were very welcoming and friendly.

Literally everything. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Alison was an absolute sweetheart. Came with us to the room to make sure everything was working and the rest of the team were kind and attentive

Great apartment itself but some issues

Exactly like on the photos. Very spacious, clean and comfortable for relaxing in after a busy day at uni ( I am a pet time student). The kitchen was good and had everything needed. Location is great and the place is easy to find.

The hot water thermostat was obviously turned down very low which meant when I came to have a shower in the morning there was no hot water. I found a boost button and even with this there was no hot water available. It then took ~half an hour to get a response from anyone by which time I was late for university and had to shower in a neighbours shower. They did get back to me with a number to contact but I was running too late to deal with it by this point. The next day the water was boiling hot so something must have been adjusted. Aside from this, there could have been better instructions of the check-in/check-out process as this didn't work very well and I was not told that our keys would be left behind the reception desk for us to collect ourselves, nor were there any instructions about needing to use the boost button for the hot water- I just happened to find this myself (even though there was still no hot water once pressed)

Excellent location and great stay.

The location is fantastic and in spite of how central it is, it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. It was also a lovely surprise to have a Nutribullet in the kitchen!

The TV didn’t work as it didn’t have an ariel plugged in. The floors were a bit dirty. Otherwise, all was great.

Was given a lovely warm welcome to Manchester from Alison, The Host, who shared with us a few of Manchesters hidden gems

Stayed on the top floor, lovely natural light in the living room area from the skylights. Nice clean modern styled apartment & really spacious. Loved the fact the kitchen came equipped with a brand new Nutribullet blender. Location was perfect & very central to the city centre.

Was pretty satisfied with everything, can’t really think of anything negative to comment.

The best stay in Manchester city centre

Alison was so lovely, very quick to answer to any message/question and it made us feel so welcome throughout the stay! The apartment looked just like the photos, very clean modern and spacious! Even though you’re literally in the heart of manchester, you couldnt hear noise from outside which was a big plus! definitely would recommend!!

Had a great stay for attending the cricket if I was to coke back to Manchester for the cricket again I would stay here

Very spacious apartment bigger than most flats in London Great water pressure in the shower Great big smart Tv Fully equipped kitchen everything you need Nice furnishings Great location Great communication between us and the apartment manager Allison

Couldn’t shut the windows completely Very stuffy in the flat My wife asked when we booked if there was a fan in the apartment the manager replied yes when we arrived there was no fan in the apartment we told the manager the next day after we arrived back from the cricket the manager met us out the front of the building she had bought us a high speed desk fan from Argos it was really powerful made all the difference in the apartment

I highly recommend High Street Town house to all those who will be visiting Manchester

We stayed in Room 204 . Location is fantastic . The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious . Kitchen facilities met our expectations . The airport transfer was included in my package A special “ Thank you “ to Alison , who was always available as and when we needed assistance . She has made our stay even better .

The noise that came from the building across Room 204. The tenants were talking on top of their voice and on two of the nights , the tenants were arguing at 1 am/ 2 am which was rather annoying

Fine location but noisy flat with no staff at all

The noise and the staff. We complained about the noise of this flat which was not indicated in booking It was supposed to be in calm street but our flat was just above a really busy road with trams/ buses people shouting at night. We complained and someone was supposed to contact us but never did. The person on the lobby was by the way never present when we were here.

Unbelievably spot on

This place in genuinely unbelievably good, you're so close to the shopping areas and the room was just perfect. The room I was in was spotless so clean and everything else was perfect, would highly recommend.

Nothing at all everything was perect I really can't say anything bad about this place will book again.
