Good clean comfortable

What nice and comfortable had everything you need great value very good location can walk to centre in a few minutes

The only problem I had was to hot and couldn’t open windows because of location was noise but you do get noise in the centre

It done the job for the weekend but due to hygiene reasons would not stay again.

Property could do with a clean, and bits upgraded

Felt dirty, stains on most of the furniture.

Great for a large group

Great location right across from Band on the Wall, next to the Northern Quarter. Sleeps a lot and great value for Money if you just want a place to meet and a lot of sleeping arrangements

Lots of stairs ( we had a disabled person with us and she struggled) other than that .. it was perfect for our needs

Niet hygiënisch. We komen er niet meer terug.

De lokatie was erg fijn! Met 10 minuutjes wandelen stond je op de grote winkelstraat. Fijne buurt verder.

Het appartement was niet heel schoon. Servies was nog nat en niet heel schoon. Ook vonden we een nepnagel, een paar oorbellen en zelfs muizenvallen. Ook gingen de radiatoren op een timer aan, hierdoor was het ontzettend warm op de slaapkamer ‘s nachts omdat we ze zelf niet uit konden zetten.

Great location.

Location was great, equipped kitchen, comfortable couches and beds

The heating was stuck on and the whole apartment was boiling. We contacted management and were told it would be fixed only for it to be boiling again in the morning.

Very unclean. Dirty bed sheets.

The location was good. It was on a busy street so the noise levels from the road were somewhat of a given but still quite loud.

The apartment had an awful smell of smoke from it. The bed sheets, and pillows were stained and were dirty and appeared like they hadn't been washed after the previous tenants.. There was hair on one of pillows also. It left us very uncomfortable and our skin feels quite itchy this morning. We didn't use the kitchen living facilities but the couch/sofa bed was very dirty and stained also. If we had any alternative we would not have slept here.

Great location wouldn’t recommend the property

The location

The bedding hadn’t been changed it wasn’t fresh I have photos to prove it the rubbish bin hadn’t been emptied, the shower was very poor hardly any water coming out We had to wait 20 minutes in the rain for a passcode to get the key to get into the property

Advertised photos are deceptive

The apartment had a weird smell and was not as good as advertised in the photos. The towels were damp and left on the bed. The couch had what looked like cum stains. I couldn't sleep there, and had to leave.

Great price, great location. Definitely recommend.

Location was great (central). The area was very spacious and for the price it was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

Not much I didn’t like. Just a few of the floor boards needed fixing as some minor holes near skirting in the main living room/ kitchen area. Also the walls are very thin and could hear the people next door.

Disappointingly dirty and not maintained.

The location was good for getting to the city centre.

The property wasn’t very clean at all. There was a lot of dirt on the living room and kitchen floor. I found a broken safety pin on the floor which could have been very unpleasant if one of us stood on it in our bare feet. A light was hanging out of the ceiling just above the shower. There was no toilet roll and the shower was useless. No water pressure at all and very difficult to regulate the water temperature with what little water did come out.

Fantastic... would definitely stay again.

Close to city centre and all attractions, near the bus station and also tram links. Within walking distance of museums and restaurants.

Great value for a two/three-day trip!

Great location! The rooms themselves were very nice and comfortable, with plenty of nearby amenities and a good kitchen too. Especially for the price this place was great!

Great location and price, lots of restrictions and room for improvement.

The hotel was in a great location and was very good value for money.

The apartment was very run down, it had a very sleazy décor and wasn't particularly clean, with lots of debris behind the doors and mould in the shower. I get the feeling that they've had lots of problems with guests in the past as there are lots of rules, a they require a large, cash only deposit (which was fine, we were given a receipt and it was returned, however it was inconvenient and caused initial concern as have never had to do this before at any other hotel). The person who checked us in was not friendly or professional. Check out times were restrictive, and there was not a key drop option as the property had to be inspected, and the manager said there would be an additional charge to check us out if she had to come in early. We also asked that if the room was available if there was an option of checking in an hour early and we were told we would have to pay for this. They are entitled to do this as is their property, however is not accommodating, or providing a good guest experience. It seems they just want to make as much money as possible and don't particularly care about their guests.

Great property. An owner who clearly loves the money

Ideal location and price was fair, a lot of dust around the rooms though. Not being picky, it’s okay for a night out just a nuisance to organise and contact

Not the property itself but the customer service. The woman who checks you in is great but They’re policies are a bit poor, for example check in is only 3-6pm and if you miss that they won’t accommodate for you (even if big events are on) you must pay £35 on top of your stay. When contacting customer service they don’t actually reply to you they just copy and paste automated replies. £200 cash deposit is a Ludacris amount for deposit that you must pay

Fantastic wee stay.

I was there last with my sister for a gig at Band on the Wall which is literally across the road from the flat. The check in process was easy, the flat itself was fantastic value for money. I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wifi wasn’t great but I wasn’t there to be on my phone anyway.

Great location we only stayed for 1 night, friendly staff and they helped with directions. property is fine for 1 night

location was good.

to much noise on a nighttime and the rooms were very hot, had to keep windows closed because of the noise. could of done with a fan or air cooler.

There was no breakfast, the location was good.

I didn’t like the host treatment, the heating was on timer only at a very late time at night until 8 am and then the heating were turned off and you could freeze until death.

on whole its good value for money

it was nice and clean apartment, 6 people can accommodate easily and location is perfect.

Heater didn’t work properly and the host did nothing to help and very poor wifi that didn’t work at all.

Good location, clean, good communication before arrival and were happy for us to arrive a bit early for check in

Some minor issues: very noisy overnight as next door to a club, the radiators are stuck on full so it's also very hot and the toilet is plumbed into hot water so flushes hot which feels odd. Also smelt strongly of cigarettes on arrival but that is probably the previous guests so not something the hosts could avoid

Room was basic but accommodated for our needs. It was spacious and the facilities were good. The beds were very comfy. The host at reception was very friendly and the process was very easy.

It was quite loud with bars nearby until around 3am in the morning. The shower wasn't the best, temperature was hard to get right and it wasn't very powerful. The room was in need of a bit of tlc, e.g., wonky cupboards, scratches on the floor etc.
