Stunning
Met on arrival by Joy who was very welcoming and informative, she gave us a guided tour of the shepherds hut, the thought and details that Joy provides are exceptional there is nothing she hasn't thought of that you might need. the location is absolutely Stunning with your own private meadow and hot tub, fire and electric bbq. The area is so very peaceful and if you are very lucky you get a visit from the deer, so if you are looking for a place to relax this is the place to stay.
That we had to leave :( The only thing we found that was the bed would creak if you moved in the night, unfortunately my husband is a fidget ass and I found it a little hard but you can not please everyone.

Thank you Joy for a fabulous break away.
Joy greeted us on arrival and showed us how everything worked and was very friendly and welcoming. Joy has thought about everything you need for a stay here. We couldn’t fault it. The shepherds hut is situated in a very quiet and private location overlooking the fields. It has all the amenities you need and the separate utility room was ideal for extra storage etc. We made good use of the hot tub. We both slept so well too as it was so quiet ..
Loved it all

Perfect - Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a quiet stay away from it all
If you are looking for a quirky and peaceful break with a hot tub and a break away from it all then look no further. An outstanding find, and one which we would definitely recommend to others. A 5/10 minute drive from Lyme Regis.
The only very small negative. Its a small living area, which is absolutely what we wanted. But with space is already at a premium, some of the bits around the van which aren't really needed could be removed to gain a bit more space, especially whilst cooking, ( chopping boards x 3, dishes for tea bags, bin for recycling, decorative jug, radio, signs etc)

Lovely place and fantastic location!
My partner and I had a lovely time. The accommodation has everything you need to be comfortable inside or enjoy the outside area. Really lovely location with view to a lovely green area with trees in the background and all around, very private. A deer came to greet us on the first day! At the same time, the place itself is very easy to access from main road and near some wonderful other villages and beaches. Good to have the utility room as an extra space, especially in terms of fridge/freezer. We also really appreciated the extras - towels and slippers for hot tub, robes and slippers for inside. It was nice to be able to put the bed up and have the extra space for sitting/dining inside too. We had the sun for breakfast. There is a bench at the back of the paddock where you could enjoy the afternoon sun.
Everything was lovely and handy to have Joy on site for any problems and to give us tips about local beaches and restaurants, etc. We would have appreciated having some ice ready on arrival as that's the kind of thing that takes a while to make! ;)

Wonderful property, delightful host
The only minor issue (stress on minor) was that wifi was a little slow. Other than that, excellent stay.

Exceptional
My wife thought it was "Wonderful" and I loved it. So quite and secluded. We had the whole field to ourselves with a little path to top, to lookout on. Apart from briefly a deer and her fawn we were on our own. Hot tub was brilliant and the wood burner made it snug and cosy.
