Location was fabulous, prices of good and drink was good
Staff service was horrendous, drinks orders had to be chased on 3 occasions. We attended a wedding, for large amount of staff the service was very slow. Never been to a wedding where it took so long between courses to clear plates and have the next course out. DJ was meant to start at 20:00 and didn’t get going until 22:00.
Next morning the service was just as bad at breakfast.
Always seems to be plenty of staff but, training needs shaped up on.
Very disappointed

Convenient clean relaxed atmosphere
No issues to complain about

everything
only problem we had was the view of the sea, we psid for a sea view snd 4 large trees blocked that , maybe a large trim down would be great

Location
Was a night away for anniversary away from kids to recharge the batteries and get a lie in but couldn't do as only found out on the day there was no late check outs and cleaners trying to get into room prior to 11am.

The view from my room was exceptional I could see onto the tennis court and the beach...the bed was so comfortable I could have staid in bed all day but had to check out ...I stayed in the .obesity room the shower was great and everything was as it should be for someone with mobility problems. The breakfast was amazing no faults there at all...really annoyed I didn't book an extra night...but there's always next time
My only criticism is that it would have been great to have a table and chairs by the window so I could sit and watch the world go by while having a coffee and reading my book.

It is located right on the sea front and staff were friendly and helpful
We were very unhappy with our stay, we had 2 small children with us and this hotel is not suitable for small children, they have no facilities for small children
This hotel has the feel of a hostel, the reception desk is stuck in a corner, the lobby is tiny and there is no proper bar
We were given a room in the boathouse- this is located at the back of the property and there is no direct access to the hotel, you have walk outside the hotel to get to it
This hotel is overpriced and we will not be returning

Room was large and bed was comfy. Bathroom was adequate. I think this would be a great place for families. And breakfast was good.
The parking situation was a little rough as when we arrived (on a Thursday) and you are susceptible to whatever parking is available on the street or the public lot which is far away. I circled for close to 10 minutes trying to find a spot. Also if you book a room in the beach house it means carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs.

Nothing manager laim was extremely rude and got aggresive towards me with my 2 children one with severe needs casuing distress and his head banging he just walked of and showed no care or help when i struggled to calm him

Lovely friendly staff, good food.
Couldn’t find reception desk on arrival, tucked away in a corner. Carpet in lift dirty and frayed. No blind on the bathroom window and although there is frosted glass all the people coming along the road could make out your shape when thelight is turned on. Fake tan on 1 of our towels and the bathroom door was covered in stains. No drinking water in the room. Definitely not worth the price we paid..

Was really hesitant as I know the marine is dog friendly and i have severe allergies but I was deligHted to hear that there is designated non pet friendly areas. The place was immaculate you wouldn’t know there was dogs in the room at all. Staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Debbie the lady who serves us breakfast was the best! Already booked to come back again in July!
