Me encanto la alberca, la ubicacion, la estructura del hotel

Pedimos nos cambiaran la cafetera, no quisieron, la limpieza no se hizo, regresamos y tuvimos que solicitar por telefono y la señora de la limpieza se enojo.

Bastante amplio y cómodo

La habitación es bastante grande y la cama muy cómoda, su ubicación es bastante buena y el precio que pagamos nos precio bastante bueno en relación calidad-precio, si bien luce por fuera como un hotel pequeño, las habitaciones son bastante grandes y cómodas, y cuenta con una enorme televisión que se agradece, solo pude quedarme una noche pero sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Me parece que la presión del agua podría mejorar, solo eso.

La vista no era buena, la alberca muy fría, salvo el hospedaje el jacuzzi. La actitud en recepción no era la más óptima en cuanto a sugerencias, mucha presión con el pago adelantado, no hubo una actitud invitadora cuando pedí una noche más, como que les daba lo mismo. Yo tuve que preguntar por el plan de puntos, sino no me lo ofrecen.

Best location in Veracruz! I used to live in the apartments behind this hotel and almost exclusively stay here when I come back to visit!!

Nothing! The restaurant is not the best but their breakfast was good and their room service was very fast!

Excellent

The bed was super comfy. I really liked the restaurant staff. The head of the waiters was a very nice lady, who could speak English and she gave me some suggestions on what I should see and do while I was in Veracruz. Over and above expectations. I took her advice and I went to 2 lesser known beaches that were awesome. She was really nice, and while she was at the restaurant, the service was spectacular. Shout out to Nallely! I gotta go back to do the rest of what she suggested.

I would never want to come back this hotel. The food is no good.

Before we book the hotel, we check google review and say that this hotel is 5 stars hotel; however, when we got to the hotel and we see the hotel only 3 stars. We are very very disappointed.
