Tile floors of bathroom extremely slippery. Need safety grab bars and mats on floor.

Memorable stay

This place is amazing and truly a relaxing stay we had, the rooms are beautifully decorated, it had a vinyl player with great records to play, very clean place

Excellent Location for exploring center of Puebla

Excellent location...a block away from the Zocalo...center of the city. I stayed in the Brahms Room...hotel is musically themed. The renovated building was built in the 1500s and was the residence of a friend of Herman Cortes. Rooms are very large...good AC....hotel is very clean. Located on a very busy street which becomes quiet in early evening. There is an elevator for reaching upper floors.

The staff is fairly unfriendly. Breakfast not included in room price. It's hit and miss when the breakfast room will be open in the morning. Maybe if there aren't enough guests, it doesn't open. It takes 2 remotes to operate the TV...and a complicated strategy for finding channels and for changing them.

Very nice rooms / classical composer theme nicely carried out throughout the entire property.

A great place to spend a couple of days in Puebla

The hotel is in a prime location, just around the corner from the Zocalo. It is close to restaurants and most of the landmarks the City has to offer.

Our room was on the street and was a little noisy at night. We paid for a "suite", but I don't think we received one. If we did, the suite was very small for the price.

Superb

The hotel is very close to the Zocolo, but the location is not too busy or noisy. There are lots of restaurants that are very closeby. We appreciated the quiet classical music playing in the common spaces and the music-themed art work. Our room was very spacious.

Very nice artistic hotels, next to the main square. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Every room is themed after a classical composer, with great eye for detail.

The breakfast was too mexican for our taste.

i stayed 3 weeks while studying Spanish. It felt like home after a few days. great staff of young people.

great staff and great location. facilities were attractive and very clean. bed comfortable.

rooms directly on the busy road outside were a little noisy. I changed to an inner room and it was perfect.

Relaxing atmosphere , clean rooms, great centralized location, professional and friendly staff made our trip memorable.

how clean it was and how friendly and professional the staff was.

even though they may be important to the owner and are part of of the musical decor the dresses hanging from a hanger seem out of place to me. Even though it was a bit cold when we were there adding a pool may potentially be a plus to compete with other hotels that have one.

Perfect

Everything was really nice. The most tasteful decoration I've ever seen.

I found some hair in the bathroom but everything else was perfect. There wasn't breakfast :(
