Le camere sono arredate in modo modesto e un po' piccole ,ma sono pulite. Lo staff è disponibile e la signora Lucia è stata dolcissima ed ha accontentato le nostre richieste per un soggiorno più comodo.

Great location and very friendly staff. Very comfortable although very small. The bathroom had been renovated. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
No air conditioning so was a little stuffy although we had the window open. Was quite noisy as we had a room facing the laneway.

Location was great. Right next to the main town square, where most of the activity was.
The room was extremely basic and the bathroom was poor quality. The heat in the room was unbearable!! even tho it was an old stone building with a small window. Ended up sleepless nights with cold showers to try to help. It was cooler out on the street tbh. A fan was provided but did little. A portable air con unit would be a welcomed addition for future guests. There was not even a fridge in the room to keep drinking water cold.
Breakfast was included, but due to the fact it was only served between 8-9, we never made it on time, due to tiredness from sleepless nights.

The location was good, but Assisi is quite small anyways. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, but... they didn't have coffee. Overall a nice experience, but I wish I stayed in a better hotel when visiting this wonderful town. Even if it costs me more.
The entrance was a bit difficult to find. There were smelly garbage bins next to it. The room was situated on the top floor, there was no elevator and the stairs were steep. There is no place to leave your bags in case you want to explore the city after check out. The room was packed with beds, leaving barely any space to move, so make sure you don't spend too many nights there or you'll get claustrophobic. Overall, I felt like we paid far more for what it's worth. I wished I spend a 100 euro more to get a more relaxing and memorable experience.

it was the best value for money we found in Italy during our trip!
Lucia was really friendly and welcomed us with a lovely breakfast every day.

Location - in alley just behind central square. Room kept very clean and serviced daily. Restaurant attached to business just downstairs so easy to find meal in rainy weather. Our room on ground floor. Plentiful buffet breakfast.
only a minor issue -Bathroom quite cramped- only a finger's breadth between side of toilet seat and shower screen- so for ample sized bodies this would not be comfortable.

The location. A pretty room. Nice staff.
The staff is great. The location is perfect. Breakfast was very nicely done. My room was simple. Not large. But a good value.

The location is very central.
The room was extremely basis. There was no room in the bathroom itself with limited access to the shower.

The position of il vicoletto is perfect for exploring the city. The restaurant was nice for both dinner and breakfast.
The rooms and doors are not sound proof, so a lot of noise from other rooms and the corridor. The bed was uncomfortable covered in a plastic sheet.

The woman serving breakfast, she was pleasant. The location,
We only met one staff member,
The plastic shower doors did not stay on the tracks,, one of them had pieces broken off the bottom with sharp edges. The bathroom had a horrible smell that eminated into the bedroom.
Our room was in the front of the building over looking the street where large garbage bins were placed, and used loudly through out the night. There was constant noise at all hours from the street.
A disappointment

Location was excellent. Beds were clean.
Accommodations were very simple and basic. No place for luggage and toiletries. No air conditioning so stay was extremely uncomfortable. Restaurant was supposed to be good but our food was served cold - very disappointed. Breakfast was starchy - no eggs or savory items or fresh fruit. They could’ve provided clearer instructions on how to get to hotel from the public parking lot.

The hostess was absolutely fantastic. To be perfectly honest the restaurant beneath the “hotel” completely changed our view of the property for the better. We booked dinner at the restaurant for our first night and it was absolutely incredible. I recommend you book In advance. The breakfast is also in the restaurant and this couldn’t have been better. The hostess was so attentive and simply could not do enough for us. They even gave us a packed breakfast for the next day as we left early. I couldn’t not speak more highly of the staff, restaurant and the location. Amazing.
Unfortunately the hotel is in need of an update, and the photos on booking.com simply did not match what we found in our room. The bathroom was exceptionally disappointing - it was a wet room and you had to hold the shower head. A makeshift screen was also in the tiny bathroom. It was exceptionally poor. I was also confused by the booking.com three star rating as it was officially rated as one star. Thankfully the restaurant and staff made up for the poor and dated room, so if you can look past this than book it for the location and exceptional food.

This was an amazing little hotel right next to the central piazza - perfect for everything you would want to see and do. Lucia was fantastic and helped in every way for anything I needed. I would stay there again. Breakfast, which was included in the low cost of the room had wonderful pastries and great coffee. The room was simple and basic but beautifully clean with lovely cotton sheets.

Located right in the center in a beautiful and quiet allee.

I had a wonderful stay, the room was modest but super clean and comfy, spacious and with good natural light. It was literally around the corner from the Main Street with all the historic sights, yet in a secluded, narrow street of cobbled stone, very medieval.
Breakfast was good and abundant, really good coffee and croissants, as well as homemade cakes...that’s the Italian style.
Lucia, the host is warm, friendly, and professional, she really makes you feel at home. The place has a real homely feeling in general and the staff are all helpful and relaxed. Perfect for a solo traveler
The WiFi was at times slow and inconsistent, so if you take your online work with you on your travels, this might not be the place for you.

The good thing is the location in the city center and the breakfast that was in the restaurant below
To place itself is very simple , corridor looks like back office of the restaurant with the tables left in the corner. Room very small and with the window next to the balcony so curious neighbour was able to see me in my bed. No air conditioning so the window needed to be open. Bathroom very small and basic. It’s a cheap place but max for 1 night.
