This spacious 3 level home is perfect for families or groups and includes exceptional amenities to ensure a lifetime vacation experience.
Upon entering the villa via the lower level 5 car gated covered garage, two dancing water fountains catch your eye. An elegant glass staircase or an elevator takes guests to the upper levels. Also on the lower level is the queen bed (Maid’s Quarters) with an ensuite bathroom.
Entering the main level, guests will be delighted by the breathtaking ocean view from the 100’ long covered terrace, which has multiple seating areas for absorbing the sights and sounds of the surrounding rainforest. Attached to the main terrace is one of the largest pools in Manuel Antonio, a 62’ saltwater infinity pool with a built-in lounger, seating area and a waterfall that cascades down from the upper level. The reflection of the sunset in the infinity pool is astounding.
Adjacent to the main level terrace is the 1,000 square foot open-concept, air-conditioned kitchen/dining/great room with 20’ high glass walls that blend seamlessly with the tropical exterior. All furniture is locally built from the finest Costa Rican leather and hardwoods. In the evening, enjoy your favorite shows on the 85” Ultra-High-Def Smart TV and home theater system with surround sound and subwoofer.
Lastly, the main level boasts arguably the most spectacular master bedroom in Costa Rica. The 25’ high glass walls in a circular design, gaze out upon the sunrise over the mountains and the sunset in the Pacific Ocean, all without leaving the comfort of the king bed. At night the stars and the moon are clearly visible. The amazing master bathroom features polished black granite countertops, dual sinks, a mini-fridge, walk-in closet, a private toilet and a vanity mirror that reflects the rainforest view. Outside is a private terrace, marble rainshower and a bathtub with a fabulous view of the mountains and surrounding jungle.
The upper level has another spacious 70' long covered terrace, which connects three more king bedrooms, all with sunset views. In the distance, ocean waves crashing on the beach are clearly visible. One king bedroom has an ocean view ensuite bath and an additional mountain-view balcony. The other two king bedrooms have ocean view terraces and share an ocean view bathroom. All 5 bedrooms have Wi-Fi, Air-Conditioning, a 55” or 65” Smart TV, top-quality furniture and handwoven wool rugs for comfort.
Casa Pura Vista was completely renovated in 2023. It was designed by famous architect Andres Morales and it won the prestigious APA/Bloomberg Architecture Award in 2011. Every consideration was given to maximizing the panoramic views, while combining modern design with Costa Rican charm. In addition, Casa Pura Vista resides on 1.3 manicured acres of flowers, palms and fruit trees that enhance the stunning design of the villa.
Additional guest amenities include a 36” Napoleon BBQ rotisserie grill, high-speed fiber Internet, solar power, a water purification system and Smart Home features such as labeled backlit dimmable light switches that are conveniently visible at night.

An AWD or 4WD vehicle/taxi (readily available) is required to access the villa.
There is garage parking for 4-5 vehicles and additional parking on the private street.
The entire property is wheelchair accessible including elevator access to all floors.
Casa Pura Vista is a located in beautiful Manuel Antonio, which is a 3 hour drive from the San Jose (SJO) airport or a 20 minute flight via Sansa or Green Airways regional airlines. The home is a 15 minute taxi ride from the Quepos (XQP) regional airport.
Concierge service is included to assist guests with transportation, restaurant/Personal Chef recommendations and outdoor activities; including deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, rafting, boating, kayaking, parasailing, hiking and much more.
There are dozens of highly rated restaurants and cafes within 2 miles, a supermarket within 2 miles and a gas station within 5 miles.
One cleaning/laundry service is provided halfway through the stay for a booking of 7 nights or more.
Additional cleaning/laundry services can be arranged for an extra fee.
