Beautiful hotel with incredible views and great omelettes for breakfast!
The WiFi did not work at all for us in 4 days, which was unfortunate because my husband had to work.

Wonderful place to have a rest after hiking or travelling. Swimminpool, view down to the town, food, breakfast. You really feel like living in a old village. Clean and safe place. Lot of flowers in the carden. Motobike-taxi to come back from the town was fun.

Nice design of the whole property, spacious room, beautiful breakfast room overlooking the city.
An airport pick up didn’t show up - luckily an airport taxi was reliable and cheaper. An old wooden floor, although it’s nice, makes noises especially when one goes to WC at night. It would have been perfect if there was blackout curtains. In our case, we stayed only one night after a long journey so it wasn’t a problem.

I liked the convenient location of this hotel, near most major attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and very spacious. The bathroom was clean. The queen-sized bed was comfortable. I liked the view from my 3rd-floor room - I could see some of the city's landmarks from my window. The landscaping and decoration within the various spaces of this property were sincerely beautiful, especially the plants. I loved the Bougainvilleas!
First, it is annoying to arrive at the hotel to find that the door is closed (locked). This happens mostly at night but often during the day. For the four days, I stayed at this hotel, I had to knock on the door at least 4-5 times and wait for someone to open.
Second, hotel guests should have a priority when it comes to using the restaurant. I found myself rejected for dinner on the night of St. Valentine's because the hotel staff decided to prioritize 'Couples'.
Third, the toilet had some kind of issue that prevented to content to be flushed with one try. I had to flush at least twice to get all of the content gone. Moreover, the bathroom was poorly ventilated.

Great hotel with a wonderful breakfast located close to the main square in Sucre. We will stay there again if we return to Sucre.

Beautiful hotel in a colonial style mansion with lovely courtyard and rooftop views of the city. Comfortable, clean room and impeccable service from staff. Great breakfast served with sweeping views of the city. Staff also provided an excellent taxi driver to take me to the airport.

This was a a very lovely hotel. Beautiful and unusual. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is tasty.
It was a little bit noisy because of the fountain that was running till 10 pm and disturbed my sleep.
10.0
It was beautiful and quiet, yet only a few blocks from the main square.
Only offered ONE litter bottle of complementary water. Given that the water was not potable, they should have daily complimentary water.
