Ten acres of wooded hills and quiet meadows await at this classic Vermont home in the outskirts of Jeffersonville. This is a place for hiking, cycling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, with the renowned Lamoille Valley Rail Trail right at the end of the driveway.
This three-story home enjoys a peaceful, pastoral setting two miles north of Jeffersonville, a small town with a farmers market, several restaurants, and shops on the banks of the Lamoille River. You can follow the LVRT into town and beyond, as this four-season, multi-use path traces some of Vermont's most beautiful landscapes between the Connecticut River Valley and Lake Champlain. Stowe Mountain Resort is only 12 miles south as well.
Spend summer days basking in your surroundings, sipping coffee on the front porch, and barbecuing and dining on the back deck. When night falls, slip into the hot tub to soak your tired hiking legs and marvel at the stars in the night sky.
Full of richly hued woods and bright, breezy rooms, the house provides generous space to gather with loved ones. Begin each day with a workout in the basement fitness room, sneak away to the home office nook to send a few emails, and get started on breakfast in an inviting kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the evenings, play board games in the dining room, stream movies in the living room, or step into the sunroom to admire the golden hour light.
When it's time to turn in, you'll find all of the bedrooms upstairs, including a primary suite with its own TV and bathroom.
