Welcome to the Beach House, a totally renovated two level canal-front, four-bedroom, three-bath private vacation destination with heated swimming pool with spill-over spa, fenced in back yard oasis, boat house and dock located close to Estero Boulevard and the new Margaritaville Resort. This is all in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. There is access to miles of white, sugar sand beaches, too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. There is ample off-street parking, complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, private laundry and all linens and towels are provided. This home is perfect for extended families or a group of friends as it provides actually two separate accommodations, two bedrooms and two baths upstairs, and two bedrooms and one bath on the lower level. And the back yard oasis with its fully furnished covered and open pool deck, built-in gas grill with counter space and outdoor shower is the icing on the cake! The home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
Upon arrival entry to the upper unit is via steps up to a furnished open deck and then into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/nautical. There are plantation shutters throughout. The owners took meticulous care in their furnishing selections and wall art. The large kitchen has plenty of granite countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to whip up full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a 5-burner glasstop range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwater and a farmhouse style stainless-steel sink with disposal. There is even a Keurig coffee maker. The large island has four high-boy bar chairs on one side and two barstools on the other side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, as well as a buffet/bar. This flows nicely into the living area that has an L-shaped sofa with queen-size sleeper sofa, accent tables and lamps, large upholstered lounge chair with ottoman, and coffee table all on an area rug. There is another corner large upholstered chair opposite the sofa, as well as a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the beautifully furnished covered balcony overlooking the canal, swimming pool with spa and covered boat house and dock. Stairs from the balcony provide access down to the lower pool level.
The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps on an area rug, two chairs, a triple dresser with flat screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The bath has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode, linen closet and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, ample closet space, a chair, double dresser with flat screen TV and an area rug. The adjacent hallway has a stacked washer and dryer behind accordion doors, next to which is the guest bathroom which has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and again a nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.
The lower unit is accessed through a front door in a covered entry area with storage for beach chairs and wagons, and into an entry hallway. The kitchen has plenty of granite countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to whip up full course meals if so desired. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwater and a stainless-steel sink with disposal. There is also a Keurig coffee maker. There is a peninsular bar with four upholstered bar stools on the kitchen side and two high-boy bar chairs on the living area side. From the kitchen the adjacent living area has a sofa with queen-size pull out, accent tables and lamps on an area rug and two upholstered side chairs. Opposite the sofa is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. French doors open out onto the beautifully pavered pool deck with heated pool and spill-over spa. A portion of the lanai is covered and furnished. There is a built-in gas grill with counterspace. There is lush tropical landscaping and fencing around the entire back yard. There is also a covered boat house with dock overlooking the canal. There is a stacked washer and dryer behind accordion doors.
