Amazing property, loads of space and great kitchen amenities. Facilities incredible we could’ve spent ages here! Tennis, great gym, indoors and outdoor swimming pool.
The only thing was we thought there would be a bbq but there isn’t. The dressing gowns were a little dirty and some of the cleaning wasn’t amazing, but nothing too bad.

The property had a modern and luxurious feel. With plenty of on-site activities and some no extra cost. There was lots of options to choose from. The views were beautiful and the hot tub was most enjoyable. The house itself was very clean. Staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable, I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
We rented a barbecue for the three nights we were there however, we were only provided with one nights worth of firelighters due to a shortage at reception. They didn’t have any others so they happily refunded the price of the barbecue for us. The evening entertainment was a bit of a miss as not very well advertised meaning it was quite unpopular

Self catering. However there is a fantastic restaurant on site. Plenty of options and decent prices too! Would recommend. It was a very quiet place to stay, with great facilities and a lovely setting.
We liked it all. There was nothing to dislike. The property we stayed in was fantastic. So clean, the hot tub was a welcome addition after a day of walking. Perhaps there couldv'e been more spaced dedicated to dog walks, but thats all I can really think of!

We visited The Mole to celebrate my partners birthday. What a fabulous place! We were greeted warmly by staff, nothing was too much trouble. We had such a wonderful time and our Pug especially enjoyed herself, everything felt luxurious. We really cannot wait to return. Excellent food and service in the Cellars pub, delicious cocktails. We stayed in one of the meadow lodges which were beautifully done out and spacious, it had everything you need and the hot tub an added bonus. Can’t say enough good things 10/10 experience thank you so much! Would have loved to stay a little longer and make full use of the facilities.
Nothing not to like

Fantastic 3 bed lodge with private hot tub and valley views
Some of the disabled facilities could be better

We loved the beautiful setting and the u iqueness of the Lodges themselves. Really clean and felt like home from home. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a friendly smile.
Nothing, it was the perfect stay. Only comment is to maybe equip more of the Lodges with EV chargers as these cars are more common now. 🤔

The lodges were beautiful and it was just so peaceful there.

The lodge was beautiful. Little touches like milk, butter / honey and bread from local farms etc was an extra special touch.
Everything was high quality in the lodge from the knifes / cooker etc to the towels and cushions.
I think the restaurant food was a bit pricey and a bit limited.
We did mini archery and survival skills … mini archery was good fun but survival skills there seemed to be a bit of confusion as to which member of staff was taking it which led to it being a bit awkward at first as we felt an inconvenience.

We stayed in a two bedroom Meadow lodge which was like a home from home except with the added benefit of a hot tub which was a real treat. There’s a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer that dispenses cold water and ice. There are lots of activities for kids and adults so there was no need to leave the resort to find something to do. The games room is brilliant - the best part being a pool table, which we used every day. Our son had never played before and one of the staff members, Will, spent a lot of his time playing with him. Will ran another activity called Attack Sense, a shooting game which he made a lot of fun and something we won’t forget. All the staff are great though and make you feel welcome, not forgetting the four legged family members who they make a fuss over as well!
Can’t think of anything!

The views were amazing. The place is so well designed. There was a large selection of amenities and you could buy gorgeous farm fresh food from the onsite shop. We had so much fun here.
Only that there was no sign post on the roads. The place is so isolated it would help in future. That's it really. But this is not a complaint, just feedback.

Well appointed properties, with the excellent welcome pack including breakfast from excellent suppliers. The range of activities onsite was excellent.
The Booking.com pictures do not show the fact that onsite have a mix of single and 2 story accommodation, if we had known before we arrived, we could have ensured a single story accommodation, which would have made my stay perfect as needing to go up stairs for the toilet and bed is painful with no knee joints.

Lovely lodges - very well equipped indeed. Pleasant staff. Lots of activities
Lodge was a little warmer than we like but we just left the deck doors open.

It was lovely and brand new. Clean and had everything you would need. There was a breakfast hamper in the fridge which i thought was a great gesture. The surroundings are beautiful and it was so lovely sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds.
My only comment would be that it gets extremely hot in the lodge it was 35 degrees at one point and 27 at night ( when all doors shut). You can open the windows slightly but this isn’t enough to let the air in. We told reception though and they provided us with a fan for night time which really helped.
