The pictures don’t do it justice! This house is beautiful with an even more amazing view. Our family, 8 adults and 3 kids (3 and under) had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for all of us. Well equipped and little touches really set this place apart. Would absolutely stay again!

Simply stunning views of Lake Champlain from so many rooms, decks, multilevel back yard viewing patios. A kitchen stocked with every conceivable appliance. Kayaks for roaming the lake, clear waters for fishing and swimming. Two pies awaiting us on the counter, delicious. Owner very helpful with recommendations and keeping us updated on the property during a period of heavy thunderstorms. We cooked on the grille and in the twin ovens. Enjoyed the game rooms and all the TVs. A great vacation rental, easily in the top 3 of the many we've enjoyed with VRBO.

Terrible post experience while we pride ourselves on taking care of another’s place like our own. So….. Beware of your deposit. wwere accused of property damage which we absolutely did not do. They took our entire $500 security deposit, saying walls were punched in a room no one even stayed in! Accused us also of breaking a bed that was not broken during our stay. We left the place immaculate. Didn’t realize dog policy which wasn’t clearly noted in direct book…. (while dogs left no fur or otherwise behind). To be accused of damage and we defended ourselves and they just took deposit and ran. No back and forth … claimed they never had to do that before while we did not commit the damages. Terri cake experience on the back end. Booker beware

This house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked! It was a wonderful week! Brian was great to deal with. We had a super time! And the Village Meat Market was the cutest store ever, only 5 minutes down the road!

Great house inside and out. The house was perfect for our group of 8 friends. Easy for all of us to gather in the open living room/ kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The outside decks and fire pit created an idealic area to soak in the view of Lake Champlain and the Vermont peaks. Less than a mile from the ferry. Highly recommended.

This property was so perfect! The interior pictures were very accurate and the exterior ones couldn't do justice to the actual view. Gorgeous! We absolutely LOVED how well-equipped the house was from everything you could need in the kitchen to board games, puzzles and movies for extra entertainment to cornhole and abundant chairs available to place around the firepit.
Willsboro is a beautiful place, just a bt remote with a small town so driving excursions for anything we did was usually ~30 min one-way. Would love love love to stay here again!

This visit was a most incredible experience, for the whole family. The extensive media library and distribution system was impressive, but sadly lacked any means for feeding our own material, from laptop/phones, into the system. That would be a nice addition. Otherwise, everything was superb.

The property has greeted us with some fresh cinnamon buns! A nice small detail to help you feel welcome!
Brian - one of the property managers - has equipped us with instructions for the house explaining where everything is, including what to see and where to eat. He was also very responsive to ad-hoc questions!
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from dishes and cups to appliances to spices (a lot of those). Really useful when traveling with a large family. The only small inconvenience in the kitchen was a kettle that would leak when pouring water.
Game room in the basement was packed with various games - from the pool for adults to table hockey to various table games for kids. Very useful things to keep kids busy in a good way :)
The backyard was, perhaps, the best thing about this place. Equipped with firepit, this was the place where we'd meet after the long hours of trailblazing to share our impressions and enjoy the evening lake. I have to say, I haven't seen such starry skies ever before. Even northern Michigan is far behind...
The house also comes with some kayaks and a pedal boat - I just wish the water was not as cold when we stayed there :)
A few things that can be improved: the carpets were dirty with some sticky stains in one of the rooms. Some of the restrooms were a little dirty.
Cellular coverage in the area is spotty at best, so wi-fi in the building was very welcome. The internet connection was a little slow for about 10 devices, though.
Among the things to see in the area, Whiteface mountain and Ausable Chasm were the most exciting, so make sure you visit them.
