Beautiful home just a few blocks from the beach. Take a nice stroll through the quiet neighborhood and within minutes you’ll reach relaxing waters of the Long Island Sound. Enjoy the fire pit and out door hot tub!
Light House Point Park Beach is just minutes away, as well as other quiet areas along the water. Be sure to check out the guide book for some must sees during your visit! Please note there’s a ring camera at the front door for our guests safety. Happy to host and hope you enjoy your stay!

Cute and comfortable beach house. Be aware of location's proximity to Tweed Airport - aircraft take off creates some noise. Property seems like it was recently renovated and there are a few minor issues - after heavy rain a bit of water penetrated around the loft bedroom window a/c unit. We also had trouble finding the light switch to turn off the front porch light. It's close to a public beach and waterfront walk. We enjoyed our stay.

We really loved our stay here. The host was responsive and the house was exactly what we wanted. It is a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking (at least in the off-season).

Hot tub doesn’t work, I specifically call the landlord to ask if the hot tub was in good operating condition before reserving this house and she said yes it is. The hot tub doesn’t go over 91 degrees, it smelled bad, no chlorine tablets in the canister, water level was low and the hose was not working.

We enjoyed the house and area but the stairs were a little difficult especially with small children and NaNa.

My family had a great stay here by Lighthouse Park! We would definitely return. Pros: clean comfortable new mattresses new sheets and towels with plenty of extras spacious bedrooms with private layout nice location to walk to park or drive to CT shore areas, very convenient to New Haven, Yale, etc responsive host! Cons: Hot tub didn't work kitchen/dining is minimally stocked, if you cook and eat together you will need to get creative. But I imagine this will improve in time. It's an old house and there are some awkward spaces including steep stairwells that could be difficult for less-agile people

The house was central to all the things we wanted to see and do. It was a quiet place to return to after venturing around CT.

Stayed here for a long weekend with some old friends. The home is very clean and comfortable. Shaina responded quickly to messages and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Located in easy walking distance to Lighthouse beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a few days away from home. The living spaces spanned 3 floors making it easy for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the fenced in backyard was an added bonus. Our little ones enjoyed watching the airplane activity from the nearby airport, and the local park/beach were a hit with the kids. The host was very polite and responsive. Stay was comfortable however the hot tub water had an odor to it. There was no chlorine on the floating tub. We weren’t able to use it. The cleaning crew must have told the owner it was clean.

Home was clean, comfortable and in a great location to take young children to Mystic Aquarium and beaches.
