We've have traveled the word with another couple and enjoy staying in city apartments like this one. The property was immaculate, very comfortable for two couples, had a lovely kitchen and panoramic views of the capital city. We were able to walk easily to restaurants, shopping and sights all the way out to the harbor.
I would only note that the bedrooms other than the master have beds that are smallish for two people, and the second bathroom doesn't have a true show stall; only a tub with a wand.
That being said, we were very appreciative of the laundry facilities as it made packing for a two week stays much easier. I would recommend this property highly.

There were 6 of us staying at the apartment and it never felt cramped through the entire stay. Great views and had all accommodations that you could ask for. The porch swing with a coffee in the morning is a must.

I highly recommend this property. Great views, comfortable beds, excellent amenities.

Nice and virtually new. Everything was as pictured. We highly recommend not parking in the garage. Less than 48 hour parking cost us 18,000 ISK. Street parking is much cheaper. Also, no big deal, but the agency may want to look at loose tiles in the floor of the primary shower that let water under them, and the inside handle of the front door is loose. Both could become problems if left alone.

The process of staying at this property was great! The owners were very prompt with communication and the property itself was beautiful! Great location close to shops and buses.

Very modern and spacious three bedroom with amazing views and easy access to shopping and waterfront. Parking (for an additional cost) located below the bldg with elevators directly to apartment. Also had a very nice glassed in sun balcony.

This was a great base to explore Reykjavik. We have three young children and this property was perfect with plenty of space. Very easy to find (and park) having arrived late from the airport. The walk into the city is doable plus the hop-on hop-off bus stops very close. Great views of the city as well. Would highly recommend.

Really nice apartment. This was a complete treat, especially after a long haul flight. The check in process easy and straightforward. The owner of apartment was always timely in answering any questions. Spectacular view, very comfortable and clean. Budget wise we split the cost between a few of us and it worked out less than a hotel but way more bang for the buck. Highly recommend this place.

We could not have picked a better location for our stay.
The management company was responsive and extremely helpful.

The 3 bedroom flat has an amazing view and is central to the city downtown and market areas. The building is quiet and well equipped to host any family or group. We really enjoyed our stay at SIF apartments and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you.
