Bathroom leak was unsettling

Location was good

So a few things. Although extremely nice staff, we were told the room had a “drip” around the AC vent in the bathroom. It’s a constant drip, right above the toilet. Also, this was a pay upon check in, and they put a full pending charge prior to my arrival. No microwave or ice either in the room. Very disappointing as a Hilton honors member. I picked this hotel since it was a Hilton, but got more of a motel 6 experience

The staff was very accommodating, the room had some small issues.

The floor was sticky with cleaning product and the sheets smelled as though they were not dried completely prior to putting on

Clean, comfortable new favorite in G-town.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.

It couldn’t be helped but the hotel faces a busy road and is near the hospital so you hear sirens all the time and the local kids “drag racing” in the wee hours of the morning. If you stay here, bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. There is WiFi but you either have to join their rewards program or pay for access. So, sure, it’s free but now I’m going to be on their email list and I’m drowning in unread emails already.

The setup was unusual but ok ince I checked in. The check in and checkout workers were helpful. The bed was comfortable

The stay was pleasant, we were a little off the beaten path but that is what we wanted.

I liked the atmosphere, near several restaurants.

When we checked out the billing was mixed up, took several days to resolve. One of the treadmills was broken, the staff didn't appear to be very concerned to have it fixed.

Isn’t what we are used to.

I loved that it smelled clean and new. I liked that it had spaces for privacy downstairs and that they had breakfast.

I didn’t like the small refrigerator you couldn’t put anything in and it was off level maybe had a foot missing only one microwave in the building at the desk. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was a flashing red light in the middle of the night. All night long. There was no hot tub. The pool was freezing. no brown sugar for oatmeal.

Loved every except the loud outdoor noises

Great location, clean and spacious room.

Very clean facility with like new feeling. Very spacious room.

No microwave in room. Could use a chair/chase in the 2 queen room. Had to listen to the front desk phone ring continuously through breakfast (9 am) since there was no one (staff) at the desk.

Excellent Room and amenities!!

The breakfast was acceptable. Variety could have been a little wider. The desk clerk who checked me in was so very personable and caring. She made sure all of my needs were accommodated and that everything was satisfactory. There was nothing I didn't like. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and all of my needs were met. The area around the hotel is growing and TRU is a great addition. I will stay here every time.
