This was and is the worst place I’ve stayed the service is trash and I’ve never been treated thi bad

I liked that it had a stove

The staff wasn’t very friendly, I had to pay for clean towels I didn’t have the money to pay so I didn’t have clean towels or rags no tissue bc I also was charged for that . After a 4 day stay I asked if my room could be cleaned they told me no only Monday thru Thursday…. And also whenni offered to do it myself I was also told no. I tipped some one to clean it it never got done I asked for my tip back and I was given it back but over heard them being rude and gossiping about me.

dirty room…I want my refund and should be offered to stay for two nights free…

nothing, because when they gave me my key to open the door, I came across some bugs in the room and they told me that the room was already cleaned…how in the world the room was clean and there were bugs…I didn’t stay there…

Do not go.

there were about 6-7 cop cars in the parking lot when pulling up. there was no one there to check us in. the after hours phone to call someone to check us in did not work. we weren’t able to even stay because no one could check us in. I received an email stating it was non refundable if we do not stay. we had no way of contacting the property via email or phone number. we had to find another hotel at 1am because we couldn’t get into this one. I would not recommend.

will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

everything basically, asked them multiple time for a broom or housekeeper, apparently the house keeper comes once a week! then my key card NEVER WORKED LIKE IT SHOULD WOULD ALWAYS TAKE ME 10 mins too get into the dang room… had kids and the put us on the second floor I’m sorry for whoever was underneath me… they left dirty wash rags in the shower and dirty towels!!! it’s stayed 100 degrees in there cause the heater/ac didn’t wanna stay on so I had too keep my window open 24/7

When we arrived to our room, door was halfway opened, and entire facility smelled like marijuana.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was kind and considerate. The general manager, Cassandra was very professional and promptly gave us a refund due to the fact we were only there approximately 20 minutes before leaving.

We felt unsafe, police were parked across the street. We found out through a tenant, that they are always there. Our room was not clean, and also smelled like cigarette smoke. We were under the understanding it was a "smoke free" facility.
