The dirt and stain’s everywhere. The elevators carpet, the hall carpets, and room carpets are filthy. In the rooms, where the fridge sits the cabinet space is filled with dust. And on our floor all you could smell was cigarette smoke and marijuana. This was our second time staying there and like the first time our card is always overcharged. I am waiting for the transactions to clear so that I can contact the hotel to fix it. And also, anyone can walk in and get breakfast. Every morning there were people who looked to be homeless coming in and eating. Unfortunately, when we visit home to NC we will no longer be staying here.

It was a comfortable and affordable spot.

It’s so close to great spots and was very affordable. The shower pressure was nice and the water was hot.

The carpets need some stain removal, there are rust spots around the bathrooms, and the shower head could be disinfected for the pink mold. Mostly regular wear and tear but not too bad.

It was ok until they let me know it was a shortage on wash clothes and towels. I asked for 2 wash clothes, 1 for my body

I didn’t like that the water system is bad took a shower and the water was cold. they need to do something about that

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY PEOPLE, EVERYWHERE! REALLY NICE PEOPLE AT ALL PLACES, restaurants, hotel, local business.....Gastonia, NC Very Friendly Town!!

Pleasant, but not ideal.

Somehow we got a room someone else was sleeping in. My boys walked in a walked right out. The person had already gone to bed, but his stuff was everywhere. It will make go a fun story later, but not an ideal situation.

My stay was not planned so I booked very late. The room was fine. I don’t really have any complaints

Breakfast was fair. Location was easy to find.

The room could have been cleaner. Dirty walls and worn furnishings.

check in was supposed to be at 3pm I arrived at 310 and was sitting in the lobby until a little after 430 pm waiting for a room to be cleaned for me. after driving 45 picking up stuff that needed to be refrigerated it was a tad frustrating

Over priced for BED BUG problems!!

BED BUGS!! Took 7 year old to urgent care, shows proof of it being BED BUGS from the doctor, did NOT give me not even a PORTION OF MY PAYMENT BACK (not including deposit). I’ve called them on Monday 02/06/23 when THEY were supposed to call. I’ve remembered to called around 4:30 pm. l was told that they’ve had someone come out to inspect both room (previous and new room) and that there were no signs of bed bugs. Where is documentation proving that?

Terrifying

As my wife and I slept I don't know if someone else was staying next door but the only thing that separated the room was a door which they attempted to open multiple times through out the night. It was a horrible experience I hope to never relieve again.

staying at this hotel was similar to getting married to a beautiful bride wearing a beautiful dress only to find out tha

good location . Room appears to have been recently re-furbished and well appointed. Breakfast area good.

the hallway carpet was abhorrently filthy. We were so disgusted that we did not roll our luggage on that floor. it was literally like stepping into a cesspool. the hotel building is five stories with about 120-125 rooms is being served by only one partially functioning elevator. One of the two elevators has apparently been out for nearly a year. The second ( working !!??) elevator was being actively re-furbished as it is being used by the patrons !!!
