Both bedrooms include king sized beds, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed courtyard. This property will take one dog however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. Primrose Cottage provides a delightful escape to Cumbria, whatever time of year.

Derwentwater, a beautiful lake at the head of the breathtaking Borrowdale Valley, is only a short stroll from the town centre. The stunning Newlands Valley is nearby, situated between Braithwaite and Buttermere, and the charming Bassenthwaite Lake is definitely worth a visit. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater.
